What you will be working on?

(A) Educational Programmes

• Oversee and monitor the school booking system for Learning Journeys at the museum and keep track of school visits and answer enquiries about school programmes, bookings via emails, and phone calls, etc.
• Co-ordinate weekday and weekend docent tours/virtual tours for school visits, regular or special requests.
• Welcome school groups to the museums or virtually, and undertake crowd control measures during peak periods or when there are a few school groups in the museum.
• Prepare and monitor educational resources and worksheets.

(B) School Workshops, Programmes and Travelling Exhibitions

• Co-ordinate logistics / equipment list for all workshops and programmes.

(C) Volunteer Management

We are seeking a creative and results-oriented Marketing and Event Manager (APAC) to drive internal employee engagement initiatives and external partnership events, enhance employer branding, and create impactful content for both internal and external stakeholders. Responsibilities

Internal Employee Engagement and Communication

• Collaborate with Office Management team to plan and execute internal engagement events such as team-building activities, holiday celebrations and cultural initiatives to promote a positive workplace environment.
• Design office decorations for key celebrations, company milestones, and themed events to enhance workplace aesthetics and morale.
• Develop and distribute engaging internal newsletters to keep employees informed about company updates, achievements, and upcoming events.
• Collaborate with HR to create programs that recognize employee achievements and foster a sense of community.
• Act as the primary owner of internal communication channels, ensuring timely and engaging dissemination of company updates, policies, and initiatives.
• Partner with leadership to craft messages that align with the company's vision and values.

External Sales Partnership Events

• Organize and manage external events, such as partner summits, industry conference and networking sessions to strengthen relationships with sales and technology partners.
• Develop event strategies and logistics, including venue selection, budgeting, and coordination with vendors to ensure seamless execution.
• Create visually appealing event materials such as invitations, brochures, and presentation decks to support partnership events.
• Act as the point of contact for external partners to ensure alignment on event objectives and outcomes.

Content Creation and Design

• Create high-quality marketing materials, including posters, videos, white papers, infographics, and presentations to support both internal and external campaigns.
• Design and produce visually appealing content for social media platforms, company websites, and newsletters to enhance brand visibility.
• Maintain brand consistency across all communication channels.

Employer Branding

• Develop and execute employer branding strategies to position the company as an employer of choice in the APAC region.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition team to create campaigns that highlight company culture, employee success stories, and career opportunities.
• Leverage social media, career fairs, and industry events to attract top talent and build the company's reputation.

Marketing Campaigns and Strategy

• Develop and implement marketing campaigns for key company initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals and regional market dynamics.
• Monitor campaign performance and provide data-driven insights to refine strategies and improve results.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with organizational priorities.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or a related field.
• Minimum 5-7 years of experience in marketing, event management, or content creation, preferably in the technology or system integration industry.
• Proven experience in planning and executing both internal and external events.
• Expertise in creating engaging visuals, videos, and written content tailored for different audiences.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro) or Canva.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to effectively engage internal employees and external stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of strategies to enhance employer branding and attract top talent.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery within budget.
• Knowledge of social media management, email marketing, and basic analytics tools to track campaign performance.

Job Description:

• Knowledge in graphic design, creative web and social media content creation.
• Photography and video production & editing is a plus.
• Engage with colleagues / clients and execute projects relating to graphic / web design
• Understand clients’ needs, branding, conceptualise, design & execution of graphic design related to projects, with key emphasis on website, publication and marketing collaterals.
• Think creatively and developing concepts, graphics and layouts
• Determine the message the design should portray
• Create & determine the layout, font color, font type, logos, pictures and other visual and verbal aspects of a website
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1-year working experience in designing
• Creative, excellent design sense & concepts & is able to rationalize ideas
• Good visualisation and possess a keen eye for detail.
• The ability to express creative ideas is crucial.
• Good colours and fonts concept
• Good web/ Internet knowledge and be aware of internet trend
• Proficient in design software in Adobe Creative Suite such as PhotoShop, Illustrator, InDesign as well as video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro Illustration/ Animation skills
• Proficient in editing video and motion graphics
• Experience with videography & photography and has good knowledge of photo retouching, post production, file handling and photo editing
• Ability to work in a fast-paced setting under tight deadlines with strong project and time-management skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for collaborating with clients and members of the production team
• Preferably a Diploma/ Advanced Diploma/ Degree in Art / Design / Visual Communications / Graphic Design or equivalent

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with business goals to drive engagement and brand awareness
• Create, curate, and manage engaging content (text, images, videos) for social media channels
• Plan, execute, and monitor paid social media campaigns to meet targeted business outcomes such as lead generation and conversions
• Track key metrics using analytics tools to evaluate the success of social media campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly
• Actively engage with followers, respond to comments, messages, and inquiries, and foster a positive community around the brand
• Ensure all content and messaging are consistent with the brand’s tone, voice, and identity across all platforms
• Stay up to date with the latest social media trends, algorithm changes, and best practices to continuously enhance strategies

Job Responsibilities:

· Work as an integral part of a small dynamic team to contribute in developing and maintaining quality medical information for healthcare professionals through various clinical decision support modules.
