We are looking for a dynamic and versatile Digital Marketing and Event Coordinator Executive to join our team.
This role involves creating and executing digital marketing strategies and coordinating events to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement. The ideal candidate should be innovative, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple responsibilities effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Digital Marketing Responsibilities:
1. Content & Campaign Management:
• Develop and execute online marketing campaigns to promote products, services, and events.
• Create and manage content for social media, websites, email campaigns, and blogs.
2. Search Engine Optimization (SEO) & Paid Ads:
• Optimize website content and digital assets for search engines.
• Manage pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
3. Social Media Strategy:
• Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand engagement and reach.
• Monitor trends and performance metrics across platforms.
4. Email Marketing:
• Design and implement email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and promote events.
• Monitor email analytics and improve campaign effectiveness.
5. Analytics & Reporting:
• Analyze digital marketing performance using tools like Google Analytics and generate reports.
• Provide actionable insights for improving campaigns.
Event Coordination Responsibilities:
1. Event Planning & Execution:
• Assist in planning and organizing events, including conferences, trade shows, product launches, and webinars.
• Coordinate logistics, such as venue selection, vendor management, and guest registrations.
2. Promotional Activities:
• Design and execute event promotion strategies through digital channels.
• Collaborate with the creative team to develop marketing materials.
3. On-Site Event Management:
• Ensure smooth execution of events by managing schedules, coordinating with stakeholders, and resolving issues promptly.
• Act as a point of contact for attendees and vendors during events.
4. Post-Event Activities:
• Collect and analyze feedback from participants to assess event success.
• Prepare post-event reports with insights and recommendations.
Qualifications & Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing and/or event coordination.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Canva, Google Analytics, Mailchimp).
• Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Experience in event planning and execution is a strong advantage.
• Creativity and the ability to work independently or collaboratively as needed.
• Proficiency in basic graphic design or video editing tools (preferred).
