You will be involved in the entire process, from generating ideas to managing the audience response after a programme, and will need to be highly organised and creative.

As a producer, you will work with presenters, engineers and IT staff. Specific responsibilities vary depending on the programme and station, and producers may sometimes take on the role of presenters as well.
