• Bachelor Degree in marketing and or related discipline
• Able to commit at least Min 3 to 6 months (FULL TIME ONLY)
• Familiar with social media landscape and digital marketing channels/ tools. (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok)
• Ability to track social media metrics, analyse engagement data, and derive insights from tools like Meta Business Suite.
• Writing engaging and on-brand captions, headlines, and posts.
• Demonstrated experience in art directing, collaterals conceptualization and designing.
• Basic knowledge of editing programs and tools (CapCut). Programs include, but not limited to Adobe Software.
• Problem solver at heart with a can-do attitude, who can navigate through ambiguity.

As a Digital Media Marketing Manager, you will lead the development and execution of digital media strategies to enhance brand visibility, drive engagement, and achieve marketing objectives. You will oversee all aspects of digital media planning, buying, and optimization across various online channels, ensuring effective targeting and maximum ROI.

Our client is a well-established MNC, market leader in the IT industry. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for a Marketing & Event Executive to join their team, in hopes of developing the current high performing team. They are located in the West.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee administrative tasks related to marketing campaigns and produce regular performance reports.
• Collaborate with external vendors and partners to coordinate event logistics and partnerships.
• Develop and maintain event budgets, ensuring costs are effectively controlled.
• Organize and manage marketing events/activities such as workshops, training sessions, conferences, and industry expos.
• All other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma/Degree in Business/Marketing or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in Marcom or Event management.
• Proficient in Photoshop and Illustrator.

• Operation of all audio-visual equipment with the aim to provide high quality technical standards
• Setup and teardown of AV equipment, led wall at events
• Setup, program and teardown of analog and digital audio mixer at events
• Setup and teardown of lighting at events
• Serve as sound and lighting technician for events
• Ensure that the audio-visual equipment is tested and in correct working order before use at an event
• Investigate equipment faults and recommend actions to rectify
• Maintain audio visual equipment including routine inspections and preventative maintenance
• Maintain a strong working knowledge of video and audio equipment, LED video wall, wireless technology, computers, projectors, and video conferencing equipment
• Coordinate integration with specialty audio visual equipment as needed
• Responsible for cord management & safe set up and dismantle
• Provide regular feedback to Company on communication issues and service improvements
• Liaison with project manager regarding the exact audio-visual requirements for events. This will include assistance with PowerPoint presentations, audio and video conferences

• Experienced Sound, Lighting and AV Technician. Live video mixing experience will be an advantage.
• 2+ years relevant experience
• Minimum ITE certification
• Diploma holder will be an advantage.
