• Diploma or degree in Film Production, Multimedia Arts, Animation, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in video editing, motion graphics, and social media content creation.

Technical Skills:

• Proficient in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve).
• Advanced skills in motion graphics software (e.g., Adobe After Effects, Cinema 4D, Blender).
• Familiarity with audio editing software and techniques.
• Strong understanding of video formats, codecs, and resolutions for various platforms.

Social Media Expertise:

• Familiarity with the latest trends, algorithms, and best practices for social media video content.
• Experience in creating content for Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and other short-form video platforms.

Soft Skills:

• Exceptional attention to detail and a keen eye for composition, color, and visual aesthetics.

Part-Time Internship Opportunity: Communications and Event Management

We are seeking a motivated self-starter with a flair for communication and a knack for managing events to join our team as a part-time intern. The selected candidate will primarily be involved in the communications work of the foundation’s Education investment projects, and supporting the successful execution of events tied to the key initiatives of the Foundation.

This 6-month internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in philanthropy and the social service sector while contributing to impactful initiatives.

What You’ll Do:

Support Communications

· Craft and supporting communications for our key Education initiatives, with a focus on engaging and nurturing the Foundation’s community.

· Showcase the impact of our work on social media platforms, ensuring it resonates with a broader audience.

· Maintain and update the stakeholder and partner database, while proposing ways to enhance its efficiency and usability

Event management

· Event Planning , managing logistics and participation communications to ensure smooth and successful outcomes.

Others.

· Support ad-hoc tasks related to the foundation’s broader initiatives and goals as needed.

Involvement in other projects may be included depending on the intern’s learning goals.
