We are creating a vibrant Asia Capital Community with our membership program and via our curated events, whereby we openly and generously share to proliferate the ‘’power’’ of capital. Through our deep understanding of the pain points of SMEs, we tailor-make our consultancy program to hand hold aspiring SMEs to prepare them for their exciting corporatization journey toward public listing (IPO) and beyond. Event and Community Manager

The Event and Community Manager will consistently deliver exceptional service to our client through excellent operational, community management and logistical facilities management. The role requires strong operational understanding and practical experience in event logistics and venue management. As the lead for event management, you will need to keep the new attendees and existing clients engaged weekly with content. You must be comfortable in the front line and strike a conversation with clients. An extroverted attitude is a must.

This role will report directly into the Head of Branding and Marketing.

Responsibilities:

• Involved in event planning, coordinating & management
• Responsible for ensuring smooth execution and operations on site during events
• Compile post event reports
• Assist in preparation of proposals, research and presentations with design team
• Manage logistics, resources, and suppliers for events.
• Involved in basic setup and dismantling of event
• Maintain relationship with existing customers and grow the community
• Build new business opportunities

Requirements:

• Good interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills (Chinese preferred for overseas event)
• Able to multi-task at work
• Strong team player
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Tools - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe photoshop and illustrator would be advantageous.
• May be required to work beyond normal working hours / weekends.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in event management or marketing communications
• Prior experience in an event or PR agency setting will be preferred

As PR Manager, APAC on the Publishing team in Singapore, you'll lead public relations and efforts across our portfolio of games and products while working with outside agencies and media. You will work closely with the Head of Communications & Channels, APAC and our PR agency to develop relationships with key media outlets, both endemic and non-endemic, and create and execute successful PR strategies.

Responsibilities:

• Lead relationships with agencies, editorial publications, bloggers, and other media outlets
• Contribute to the planning and organization of events including digital preview events, media tours, and media events in APAC
• Develop and approve press-related materials such as media alerts, press kits, interviews, and other essential routes of communication
• Identify and report on applicable media trends, tactics, and technologies while developing strategic recommendations that inform our communications programs

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of communications and PR experience, with the majority of that time spent in gaming, sports, or entertainment
• A Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field
• Ability to clearly and succinctly express yourself in written and verbal mediums
• Ability to successfully create, plan, and execute strategic and creative PR initiatives with a focus on sharing great stories; you know that PR is all about relationships, and have built and fostered relationships with key gaming publications
• Experience implementing successful communications campaigns with passionate audiences
• Experience working across several markets within APAC
• Adept at networking and relationship building

Desired Qualifications:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Social Media Executive to lead the creation and execution of compelling content on social media, especially on but not limited to TikTok, for Singapore Anti-Narcotics Association (SANA). As a pivotal member of our team, you will spearhead the ideation, scripting, production, shooting and editing of engaging social media content that raises awareness, educates, and advocates against drug abuse.

• End-to-End Production: Lead the entire content production process, from conceptualisation and scripting to shooting, editing, and final execution, ensuring high-quality and impactful videos.

• Technical Skills: Proficiency in shooting using mobile phones and editing using short video editing softwares like CapCut and InShot.

• Strategize new ways to increase channels’ viewership and engagement
• Identity habits of target audience and channels
• Research on emerging trends across various social media networks

Client Campaigns

• Perform research to gain an in-depth understanding of clients and their customer profiles
• Provide comprehensive post-campaign reports through quantitative and qualitative analysis
