We are looking for a Planner with integrated or digital media planning and implementation experience. You must possess a proven track record in orchestrating best-in-class media strategy and execution that drove tangible business growth for your clients in the Singapore market, and own existing relationships with media vendors.

This position will suit individuals who are driven to excel in a fast-paced media agency environment across diverse client portfolio and are able to work well under pressure. You should also be a confident and articulate presenter/communicator as you will be expected to front client relationships and present campaign strategy and media recommendations.

As a Planner, you must possess a working knowledge of how traditional and digital channels interplay in the media ecosystem. You are expected to bring with you the relevant experience in developing media strategies based on consumer insights, leading internal agency teams and steering external partners to deliver compelling solutions to achieve clients’ campaign objectives and KPIs.

Responsibilities:
- Manages all social media channels, campaigns, to sustain an engaging audience experience and to increase audience satisfaction.
- Researches and analyses social media trends, social media influencers, including social media ad revenue and web visitor data, to improve social media presence and campaign efficacy.
- Works with various company departments to promote overall brand through social media channels.
- Creating written pieces that are sharp, memorable, and effective at prompting readers to take action.
- Collaborating with Videographers and Multimedia Designers to ensure that posts are engaging.
- Optimising content for publication across various social media sites.
- Plan and schedule content in advance.
- Research new social media trends and hashtags.
- Building brand awareness by engaging relevant influencers.
- Managing our online communities to ensure respectful and appropriate engagement.
- Responding to comments on each of their accounts.
- Overseeing customer service provided via social media.
- Analysing data to determine whether social media campaigns have achieved their objectives.

Job Requirements:
- Degree / Diploma in marketing, communication studies, journalism, creative writing, or similar.
- At least 2 years of experience as a social media executive at a similar company.
- Expert knowledge of all leading social media sites, including their algorithms.
- In-depth understanding of the processes surrounding the creation and distribution of paid advertisements
- Ability to create authoritative and persuasive texts.
- Flexible and engaging writing style.
- Knowledge of pertinent engagement metrics.
- Willingness to work occasional overtime to accommodate various events
