We are looking for a cunningly witty social media executive to oversee our company's presence.

Responsibilities

1. Develop and execute social media strategies and online campaigns across various social media platforms that is aligned with the company's goals and objectives.

2. Creating written pieces that are sharp, memorable, and effective at prompting readers to take action.

3. Preparation of marketing collaterals for both print/non-print

4. Updating the website as required - including uploading new products and events images and videos.

5. Oversee company activities in social media platforms.

6. Able to read/ analyse/ report data and make marketing decisions accordingly.

7. Establishing strong and positive branding presence and image to customers.

8. Able to shoot lifestyle images/videos as needed both at jobsites/office, including post-photography editing.

9. Willingness to work occasional overtime.

Requirements

· Prior experience in social media management, product marketing, brand management and/or agency experience

· Good knowledge of digital marketing, advertising, social media, PR and retail trends and insights

· Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel and other reporting tools

· Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal

· Self motivated, and comfortable working independently or collaboratively with internal teams

· Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and other photo/ video editing software.

· Photography and videography skills

Key Responsibilities

• Operate vision mixer during live or pre-recorded production.
• Execute directorial cues for transitioning between camera shots and visual elements.
• Monitor and adjust video signals to ensure optimal image quality.
• Collaborate with camera operators to achieve desired visual compositions.
• Contribute to the overall visual aesthetics of the production.
• Assisting with other studio setup, such as Camera, Audio, Lighting, Graphics etc and troubleshooting.
• Contribute creatively to the overall shoot and production.
• Work closely with directors, producers, and other team members to understand requirements for an integrated production
• Attend pre-production meetings to align on creative vision and technical needs.
• Quickly transition between studio operation roles to meet the demands of the production.
• Review and assess visual and audio elements for technical quality and creative adherence.
• Implement measures to continuously improve the quality of the production.
• Follow safety protocols and guidelines.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and composure, especially during high-pressure situations.
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Minimum a Diploma in Film & Media or its equivalent.
• Previous experience as a studio vision mixer and familiarity with vision mixing equipment.
• Familiar with software based vision mixers such as Vmix, NewTek Tricaster etc
• Experience with studio operation in a live setting with a strong understanding of studio equipment include switchers, audio, lighting on air graphics will be an added advantage
• Strong technical knowledge of video and audio equipment, including setup and troubleshooting.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to multitask and switch between roles seamlessly.
• Familiarity with different camera models and audio recording technologies will be an added advantage

• Assist company to manage social media platform.
• Social media strategy development: Work with the team to create social media strategies that support the overall marketing plan.
• Social media account management: Manage social media accounts, including but not limited to, Facebook, Instagram and Tik Tok ensuring all content is up to date, accurate, and aligned with the brand's voice.
• Social media advertising: Develop and execute social media advertising campaigns, including targeting, ad creative, and budget management.
• Analytics: Monitor social media analytics to track and report on the success of social media campaigns, including engagement, reach, and conversions.

How can you help make employees and visitors alike love our office? You’ll do so by arranging for regular preventative maintenance and repairs for our facilities. Scheduling for regular cleaning services and ensuring all office equipment are in good working order are a few of the tasks you’ll do to spruce up the office.

You’ll keep an eye out for potential emergencies and carry out steps for managing such situations. You’ll also perform established escalation and incident reporting procedures should such an event take place. Being on the lookout for opportunities to reduce costs and improve our operational standards should also come instinctively to you.

Blending security and hospitality

How important is security to you? Security is a tall order and calls for an all-hands-on-deck approach. As such, we are always on the lookout for people for whom attention to security details comes naturally. In this role, you’ll help give an extra layer of protection by doing regular checks of our CCTV systems to review the need for maintenance and repairs. You’ll oversee visitor access—clients, contractors, vendors—and maintain logs and filing work of such information on a regular basis. You’ll not only be the “gatekeeper,” but also the “face of JLL,” acting as a back-up receptionist as needed.

As you perform a juggling act between helping safeguard our premises and giving a warm reception to our guests, you’ll be working closely with our security guards, receptionists and tea attendants, overseeing them and ensuring they carry out all work to a high standard.
