The Case Management Officer works with clinical departments to develop and implement clinical pathways and case management programmes and activities. These include assessing, planning, coordinating, monitoring and evaluating of clinical pathways and case management services.

Job Responsibilities include, but not limited to

• Follow instruction as per SOP for Maintenance Officer.
• Assists the duty personnel for Electrical /Aircon /Plumbing/Carpentry/Painting issues whenever required after receiving call or Paging system.
• Update upon completion or inform Maintenance Coordinator / Maintenance Manager /ACE if need to follow up with respective trade (Aircon/Electrical/Plumbing/Carpentry or other Works) if it will take long time or major. Updates daily Utilities readings / Monthly Tenant readings in the absence of Maintenance Manager.
• Do Gen-Set testing and log down accordingly and report to DOE / ACE / Maintenance Manager if got any issues.
• Coordinate with respective trade colleagues for the works.
• Assists on Preventive Maintenance works whenever required.
• Assists on the small projects, Seasonal and special works during festive seasons (Christmas, Chinese New Year etc.)
• High light to follow up if unable to do during the shift.

Performs any other duties as may be assigned from time to time by the Management

Requirements

• Occupational Certification in Engineering or equivalent
• Previous working experience in hotels will be an advantage and you must be able to work on shifts and weekends/public holidays.

Responsibilities:

Front Desk Services

Prepare service reports by collecting and analyzing patient’s information

Attending incoming calls (new enquiries or exisiting patients)

Change or cancel patient’s appointments

Patient Servicing and Relationships

Register and maintain patient’s account by recording medical and personal information data

Building and maintaining relationships with new and existing patients (New, Existing & VIP Referrals)

Resolve service problems by clarifying the patient’s complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up with patients to ensure resolution (via multiple channels such as calls, email, mail or social media)

Service Improvement Initiative

Keep records of patients’ interactions, process patients’ accounts and file documents accordingly.

Follow and update communication procedures, guidelines, and policies

Greet patients warmly and ascertain problems or reasons for calling

Compile reports and analyze on patient’s overall satisfaction

Requirements:

At least Secondary School/'O' Level,NiTEC

Job Types: Full-time

• Follow and adhere to work processes and standard operating procedures in performing day-to-day tasks

• Receive and handle inbound customer orders, queries and complaints (via hotline). Document and record customer details, queries and complaints

• Conduct outbound calls to follow up on issues/orders/complaints to ensure customer satisfaction

• Resolve customer queries/complaints as per standard operating procedures and channel to respective operations team for immediate resolution

• Provide feedback to supervisor on improvement areas based on customer/client issues

• Prepare and submit regular/ad hoc reports to respective departments or management on all the cases logged in system

• Maintain up-to-date information on processes, products, price lists, etc.

• Liaise with respective operations team for issues, follow-up and actions
