As a Hygiene Officer, we rely on you to:

• Conduct routine check on hygiene audit to improve and maintain good personal and food hygiene, safety and housekeeping standards of our kitchend and F&B outlets.
• Pest control and cleanliness inspection and co-ordinate pest control and cleaning contractor service schedule.
• Assist to enforce food safety and housekeeping procedures in compliance with regulatory requirements.
• To ensure the proper documentation to fulfill HACCP, SFS and ISO 22000 requirement of all Food and Hygiene matters.

Working hours:

• 6am to 4pm
• 12pm to 10pm
• Required to work one weekend a week

Job Responsibilities:

· Process radio-comm licensing matters/applications

· Process payments received, put up for approval on requests for waiver of late payment fee, refunds and licence transfers

· Process GIRO applications

· Contact applicants/licensees on expiring invoices

· Send weekly email reports for tracking of payments, licence renewals, and prepare reports for the monthly LD meetings to the teams for info and update.

· Assist in other ad hoc assignments.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in any discipline.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

• Comfortable with speaking to people.

• Experience in payment processing and administrative duties will have an advantage for this role.

Work Hours

Full-time employees must work a 5-day week, including a weekend. Your work schedule is pegged to the center's operation hours and operational needs. As a general rule, you will work the following hours:

• Weekdays: 12.30pm to 9.30pm (inclusive of one hour's meal break)
