Job Scope :
- Managing of foreign employee work pass related matters
- Support and maintain training administration and certification for operators
- Support and coordinate HR welfare activities and employment engagement
- Manage eLeave in Workday and reporting
- HR administration such as maintaining for Pfiles, employee information in Workday System
- Manage day-to-day operations issues for Blue Collar employee
- Managing and ensuring confirmation for new employees is on time
- Diploma in HR or equivalent.
- 2 years’ of relevant experience
- Relevant experience in Manufacturing environment
- Experience with Work Pass application
- Able to start in a fast paced environment
- Able to start work immediate or short notice
