• Review, implement and maintain EHS management system.
• Conduct ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 internal audits .
• Plan and organize EHS related activities or events to promote and educate staff on good safety culture and good work practices.
• Review and identify EHS related training requirements for various category of staff to meet the mandatory requirement and also to meet the job requirement.
• Develop in house training material/video, organise and conduct in house training and maintain training record.
• Prepare or review publication materials to educate the workforce.
• Conduct EHS inpsection and Accident investiagtion when necessary.

Requirements

• Minimum Degree or Diploma in Engineering, Occupational Safety, Occupational Health, Occupational Hygiene, Ergonomics, Psychology, Physics, Chemistry, Biochemistry or other topics relevant to Occupational Safety and Health.
• Possess at least 5 years of practical work experience.
• Must be a registered Workplace Safety Officer with Ministry of Manpower
• Has a good safety mindset and displays good WSH behaviour.

Key Responsibilities

• Screen individuals, staff, and vehicles entering the premises, and conduct property checks to ensure safety.
• Patrol various areas to prevent theft and monitor for signs of fire, smoke, or leaks, ensuring all security systems and exits are functioning and secure.
• Control access by managing entry and exit points, conducting ID checks, and authorizing visitor and staff access.
• Respond quickly to alarms, fire incidents, and emergencies, including medical, criminal, and public order situations.
• Maintain detailed records of access and incidents, manage vehicle parking, and ensure all areas, including loading bays, are secured when not in use.

• Valid PLRD license.
• Prior experience in security is preferrable.
