• To go on training for I-base System
• Collect quotations and prepare a summary of quotes for the repair work
• Customer Services to call and feedback
• Audit and keep the document of Filing for all job sites
• Update Strata Roll and a project handbook
• Renew all certificates and services contracts for no man-site
• As per instructed or task allocated by the Superior
• Database input for account & operation matters
• Follow up on the portal update such as Qonerstone and Google form.
• Any instruction or job task is assigned

You will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service and providing administrative support, including the following job responsibilities:

· Greet Prospects and Clients in a warm and friendly manner, and answer enquiries promptly.

· Collect new or outstanding billing and payment from the Client.

· Print and hand over service invoices accurately.

· Call Clients, to book, remind and follow up on appointments.

· Answer all incoming calls promptly, and record call details accurately.

· Any other ad hoc duties assigned by the supervisor or Management.

Requirements:

· Minimum 1 year of administrative experience, as a clerk or receptionist.

· Minimum a Nitec in any discipline.

· Well-groomed, courteous, and meticulous.

· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

· Able to correspond with English and Mandarin-speaking clients.
