a. The Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) Officer shall be registered with the
Ministry of Manpower and be in-charge of all matters relating to safety
aspects of construction activities to ensure that all work activities are carried out

The Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) Officer is responsible for conducting daily site safety inspection, identifying potential hazards involved in construction activities, so as to rectify any unsafe practices with solutions. c.The Workplace Safety & Health, (WSH) Officer shall review all the risk assessments submitted by Contractor to ensure all safety measures are in place at site, check the implementation of the safety and emergency plans, incident reporting systems. He shall ensure the Contractor submits proper documentation for the safety meeting minutes, records and reports.

The position reports directly to the Secretary General.

The Software Development (SD) and Information Technology (IT) Officer supports the IRSG secretariat’s IT infrastructure and is responsible for the installation, operation, and maintenance of the IT network, computers, and other digital systems while supporting and enhancing the IRSG's cybersecurity posture.

The Software Development (SD) and Information Technology Officer is responsible for IT support delivery as well as cyber risk management strategy and planning. He/she also supports the Economics and Statistical Unit in developing and implementing software applications to be deployed in analyzing "big data" for econometric forecasting of IRSG publications.

(B) SUMMARY OF KEY FUNCTIONS/ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Within the limits of delegated authority, the software development and information technology Officer is responsible for the following duties:
▪ Day-to-day monitoring, technical support, and planning of all aspects of the IT network infrastructure (LAN/WAN/wireless network).
▪ planning, implementing, managing, monitoring, and upgrading the overall IT efficiency of the secretariat and the cyber security measures for the protection and efficient operation of IRSG data, systems, and networks.

(E) EDUCATION AND PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
An Undergraduate university degree (Minimum of Bachelor degree but preferably a Masters Degree) in computer science, information systems, information technology (with a specialization in software engineering) or a related field is mandatory. Security certifications such as CISSP, CCSP, SANS, GIAC, CEH, etc. will be an added advantage.

A minimum of three years (but preferably five years) of progressively responsible experience in planning, development, implementation, and maintenance of complex computer information technology systems or related areas is required.

Experience in the administration of IT infrastructure, including network servers, web servers, virtual private networks, firewalls, and wireless services, is required, as is the ability to create accurate network diagrams and documentation for the design and planning of network communication systems. Strong competence in developing and implementing software applications to be deployed in analyzing "big data" for econometric forecasting is mandatory.

Ability to work in a multicultural environment is a must. Work experience in the United Nations, an international organization, an intergovernmental organization and/or government agency is desirable. Responsibilities:

• Help contribute to governance and the facilitation of the execution of the Manager Control Assessment (MCA, i.e. Risk & Control Self-Assessment) as required by the MCA Standard including the assessment and appropriate approval of risk associated with business changes.
• Support teams in the quality, completeness, and accuracy of the implementation of the Control Framework, including Risk Control Policy, Control Standard, Issue Management Policy, Lesson Learned Policy and Control Inventory.

The Fund Accounting Intermediate Analyst is an intermediate level position responsible for participating in a variety of fund valuation activities in coordination with the Operations - Transaction Services team.
