As a Medical Record Officer, you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Manage medical records.
• Scan and accurate indexing for retrieval, processing, delivery and release of medical records.
• Upload to electronic medical records.
• Perform data entry and clerical work in Medical Record Office and attend escalations.
• Manage stakeholders' expectation during service delay/ disruption.
• Adhere strictly to the confidentiality & data protection obligations.

Requirements:

• GCE ‘O’/’N’ Level or Certificate in any field of studies.
