JOB DESCRIPTION

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Process accounting transactions
• Process & verify invoices & payments
• Handle Account Receivable & Payables matters and accounting reconciliation
• Data entry including keying receipt vouchers to the accounting system
• Verification of accounting document and data entry into accounting system
• Assist in GST report submission
• Assist in Quotation, PO, DO generation
• Consolidating Work Orders and liaise with PM's until closure
• Assist in preparing unaudited financial statements

REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma in Accountancy / Other Accounting certificate
• Minimum 2 years of working experience in Accounts Payable / Accounting role
• Attention to detail and self-driven, able to meet deadlines
• Must be proficient in Xero Accounting Software.

Job Description:

• Capable of optimizing molecular and cellular assays for characterization of genetically modified immune cells. These assays may include RNA extraction, real-time PCR, ELISA, western blotting, cytotoxicity assay, cell proliferation assays and cytokine measurement etc.,
• Multi-parametric immunophenotyping by flow cytometry techniques
• Good hands-on experience with PBMCs and cellular therapy products either through established protocols, or to optimize new protocols as seen necessary.
• Maintains accurate and detailed documentation of laboratory procedures and experiments.
• Oversee maintenance and operation of laboratory such as replenishing & triggering order of consumables, collection of waste materials, maintenance of laboratory equipment, etc.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Implement appropriate safety measurements in accordance with the Workplace Health and Safety Act
• Enforce all safety requirements and company safety rules and regulations
• Conduct regular site checks and take appropriate corrective actions
• Conduct regular inspection to ensure ECM and environmental plan in place
• Maintain and update all WSH records, certificates and reports in accordance with WSH legislation
• Investigate accidents, incidents, or near misses to determine the root causes and prevent future occurrences.
• Maintain accurate records related to safety training, incidents, inspections, and compliance activities.
• Stay current on industry best practices and continuously seek opportunities to improve workplace safety.

REQUIREMENT /QUALIFICATION

• Registered WSH Officer with MOM
• Minimum 3 years relevant working experience in construction industry
• Occupational Safety Management (including fire & safety management)
• Experience in Private Housing (Condominium/Apartment) will be advantageous.
