• Discharge duties as relevant in the WSH Act, WSH (Workplace Safety and Health (Officers) Regulations and Environmental Public Health Act
• Implement and maintain proper procedures of WSHE management, administrative and recording system
• Assist the WSHE committee chairman, act as secretary to the committee and provide guidance to the members in carrying out their safety duties
• Conduct team/ individual WSHE inspections and produce relevant reports and follow-ups
• Organize / conduct WSHE briefing/ training to all employees
• Investigate every incident/ accident and develop preventive measures
• Ensure risk assessment control measures are implemented for their activities
• Be prepared to stop work or to notify the Site Manager in the event of any WSHE deviations
• 47hrs/Week

Qualifications and Education Requirements

Education: Minimum Specialist Diploma in Safety, Health and Environment as stipulated in the Singapore Ministry of Manpower’s accepted WSH-related qualifications
Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in the Construction industry & Min 3years in LTA MRT Projects.
Registered WSHO with Ministry of Manpower

Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct daily QC Inspection (weight, quantity, metal detector, packaging check, date code, collect samples for microbial test) to ensure that all finished products are meeting internal quality standards.
• Conduct GMP and personal hygiene inspection.
• Check and ensure all CCPs and CPs are properly controlled and monitored.
• Conduct daily and weekly sensory evaluation for finished products.
• Conduct building and facility checks with Facility Team, submit report and ensure actions taken for issues brought up.
• Conduct Incoming Raw material quality check for Flour and Oil (Visual, Moisture, COA etc.).
• Manage daily sampling for finished products including planning, collection, labelling, input of data and organoleptic test.
• Conduct environment monitoring including air test, hand and protect coat swab, equipment and packaging TPC swab as per schedule.
• Conduct incoming imported goods physical inspection and record any non-conforming products.
• Key-in and release raw materials and finished products from SAP System.
• Other tasks as required and delegated by QC Executive.

Job Requirement:

• Diploma/Degree in Food Science or Food Technology or related fields
• Fast learner and independent
• Interest for food industry is preferred
• Singaporean only

Work location: 1 or 5 Senoko Road

Contractual Work timing: Mon - Thu 8am - 6pm, Fri 8am - 5pm.

(Successful candidate will be given priledged shortened workweek Mon - Friday 8 am to 5 pm)

Responsibilitie

1. Mainly Accounts Payable role.

2. Key in suppliers invoice.

3. Process prompt payments to suppliers and miscellaneous payment.

4. Check the suppliers statement of accounts.

5. Prepare accounts payable reconciliation.

6. Prepare documents for auditors.

7. Ensure proper filing of documents.

8. Perform any other ad-hoc duties as and when assigned.

Requirements

1. Minimum GCE O level

2. Preferably some years of working experience in Accounting field

3. Fresh school leavers may be considered and training shall be provided

4. Proficient in MS Office applications (Word and Excel)

5. Good interpersonal and communication skills

6. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment

• Working Location: Toa Payoh (HDB Hub near Toa Payoh MRT Station)
• Five (5) days work week, Monday to Friday: 9.00am to 6.00pm (With 1 Hour Break)
