Responsibilities:

• Responsible in leading a team of Technicians for all Facilities Management Activities
• Advice and lead the technical investigations for rectification works
• To carry out all preventive and breakdown maintenance for Air Con, ACMV and General Building Services.
• Liaise with contractors for rectification works or ad-hoc jobs
• Investigate, analyze and determine root cause and report breakdowns and faults effectively
• Prepare technical reports on breakdowns and proposals
• Carry out any other ad-hoc project, assignment, maintenance or repair work assigned
• Ensure complete documentation of procedures and maintenance works

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services or equivalent
• 3 years relevant experience in Facilities Management
• Able to work independently, resourceful and self-motivated
• Good communication skills, positive mindset
• Hardworking and able to multi-task
• Customer service oriented mindset
