Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Process invoices and payments for trade vendors.
• Prepare invoices and supporting documents for trade facility applications.
• Monitor invoices lacking Goods Received Notes (GRN) and coordinate with the Sales Team for timely resolution.
• Track advance payments to vendors, ensuring invoices are matched to GRN and accurately posted in the ERP system.
• Manage all transactions related to trade accounts payable within the ERP system.
• Reconcile vendor statements of accounts to ERP records.
• Address year-end audit inquiries specifically related to accounts payable.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Head of Accounting and Finance.

Responsibilities

• As a member of Group Strategic Committee, to help for making the strategy and direction of the group of company
• Execute the strategy and oversee all the operation and business processes in responsible area (South East Asia, Middle East, Oceania)
• Responsible for the division of Product Development, Purchasing, Direct Store Operation, Franchise Support of HQ in Singapore
• Reporting to the Group CEO for the Plan, Analysis, Progress, Result etc.

Requirements:

• At least 8 years of experience in food & beverages industry
• 5 years of management experience
• Self-motivated individual who can work with minimal supervision and thrive in a distributed and multicultural team setting
• Strong commercial and operational acumen and critical problem-solving skills
• Strong analytical skills to develop reporting, effectively make use of tools and other business processes to elevate operations
• Fluency in English and Japanese, require both communicating and written in Japanese to liaise with Japan Headquarter and conduct business discussions seamlessly.
