About the role

• As a PMO you are expected to drive various tasks related to customer migration.
• You will be communicating closely with different clients to help them with the ISO20022 migration, a change in format payment announced by SWIFT.
• Evaluate and oversee the project to ensure they are meeting company standards, adhere to budgets, and meet deadlines
• You would be responsible in developing project plans and distributing and allocating resources accurately
• Creating reports for senior managers and stakeholders
• You will handle Japanese clients and help them with their migration

About you

• Proven work experience as Project Manager Officer
• At Least 2 years of consulting experience
• Having knowledge/experience of bank sales industry
• Preferably with experience in ISO migration
• Have handled big projects and has exposure handling global projects
• Good Communication skills
• Can speak English and Japanese at business level to better connect with clients.

Responsibilities

• To assist and manage Safety / Workplace Safety & Health matters in Companies
• Assist in the development, maintenance and the regular review of all workplace safety and health matters
• Conduct regular safety inspections to safeguard all site activities are carried out in accordance to MOM safety requirements and all workers obey with safety regulations
• Ensure all Statutory act & regulations, company safety rules & regulations and code of practice are implemented and complied by all employees
• Support Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) policy and procedure implementation
• Ensure Risk Assessment and RA register for sites are updated and reviewed annually.
• Responsible as Fire Safety Manager and ensuring functional emergency response
• Manage sub-contractors' safety procedures and ensure compliance with the organization's Health and Safety standards, policies and practices
• Prepare and conduct WSH Induction Program for all new employees and periodic WSH trainings to existing employees
• Maintain FSM, HSE licenses and related certificates
• Plan, coordinate and assist in Internal & External Safety and Health audits (ISO 9001/ 14001/ 45001/etc)
• Ensure all safety related equipment and facilities are properly maintained
• Maintain compliance with SCDF Fire Safety Act and ensure all the fire risks are eliminated to maintain SCDF Fire Certificate
• Coordinate Emergency Preparedness and Response Plan (EPRP) drills and the maintenance of emergency response equipment.
• Responsible for investigating, analysing and determining cause of any incident, accident or dangerous occurrence during work process and recommend means of preventing recurrence, and prepare Incident Report
• To prepare monthly reporting of Safety and Health
• To verify and report to Company in a well-timed manner for any safety infringement and incident/accident

Requirements

• Must be MOM Registered WSH Officer minimum of 1 year
• Familiar with OSH / ISO documention.
• Diploma in Environment Health and Safety or other relevant subjects.
• Possess good communication skills
• Part-time - 2 days work week

Responsibilities:

• Build, establish, maintain and improve relationships with customers
• Perform, monitor and ensure 100% inventory accuracy on the inventory management, such as, cycle count, inbound & outbound physically and system, etc
• Monitor and follow up closely with customers to resolve inbound and outbound goods discrepancies in a weekly basis
• Ensure that order shipments are process accurately based on the order and instructions given by the customers and or management
• Work closely with Warehouse Operations to ensure timely and accurate movements of inventory
• Must be able to carry physical workload in warehouse
• Any other assigned duties in the warehouse as instructed by the warehouse manager

• At least 1 year experience in customer service
• Ability to work under stress with minimum supervision
• Possess positive attitude
• Able to adapt to dynamic, fast-paced and challenging environment
• Training provided
