Responsibilities

• Check and verify application forms & documents received.
• Perform signature verification and ensure signers are in accordance with mandate given.
• Ensure completeness of data on forms and documents submitted.
• Perform screening as and when required.
• Update systems on documents received.
• To ensure that cut off times and SLAs of various products are met.
• To ensure 100% accuracy and quality in tasks performed
• Any other duties assigned in the course of work or rotation of duties.

Requirement:

• Bachelor’s degree in Banking, Finance or in any related majors
• At least 6 months experience in Compliance, KYC, Onboarding, Operations etc.
• Keen eye for details
• Able to work in a fast paced environment.

We are representing our client, a medical device start-up company in Singapore.

Responsibilities

• Overall management of the company including the day-to-day operations
• Lead and oversee the engineering team, marketing, fundraising, quality assurance, clinical trial & regulatory activities to achieve investment objectives/ milestones
• Lead development of product commercialization and regulatory strategies, including working with the team to select & manage subcontractors and vendors
• Lead the business development, fundraising and sales & marketing efforts
• Lead and oversee the company finances and audit preparations
• Implement and manage company intellectual property portfolio and registration, clinical trials, and regulatory plans with the objective of having the product commercialized based on milestones
• Increase visibility of the company by representation at conferences, trade shows and outreach to clinical partners and corporates

Requirements

• Degree in Mechanical / Biomedical/Electrical Engineering or equivalent
• At least 8 years’ working experience in project management
• Previous startup experience, including raising capital preferred
• Good technical knowledge in medical device would be a bonus
• Strong business acumen, able to drive and execute business model and sales and marketing strategy
• Good understanding of regulatory submissions (FDA) and ISO13485
• Effective communicator with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong leadership skill. Able to lead the team in continuous improvement
• Proficient in budgeting, forecasting and corporate finance
• Strong analytical skills, with problem-solving abilities in ambiguous situations
