2. Media Relations: Cultivate and maintain relationships with media representatives, journalists, and influencers. 3. Content Creation: Write, edit, and distribute compelling and engaging content for various channels, including press releases, newsletters, articles, blog posts, and social media. Ensure all content is accurate, consistent, and aligned with the organization's brand and messaging.
4. Crisis Management: Act as the organization's spokesperson during times of crisis or reputation management issues. Develop crisis communication plans, prepare key messaging, and manage media inquiries effectively. Mitigate potential damage to the organization's reputation and maintain transparency and trust with stakeholders.
5. Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, government agencies, and community organizations. Develop communication materials tailored to specific audiences and collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging across all touchpoints.
6. Event Planning and Management: Coordinate and oversee the planning and execution of press conferences, product launches, corporate events, and other public relations initiatives. Work closely with event organizers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure seamless execution and maximum media exposure.
7. Monitoring and Reporting: Monitor media coverage and public sentiment related to the organization and its industry. Prepare regular reports on media activity, campaign effectiveness, and key performance indicators. Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

Requirements:

• Proven work experience as a Public Relations Officer or in a similar role.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
• Knowledge of public relations principles, strategies, and best practices.

Responsibilities:

• Handle building maintenance works to ensure minimum downtime;
• Source, coordinate, and liaise with suppliers, vendors, and contractors for repair & maintenance and improvement works;
• Supervise team and ad-hoc contractors on building maintenance, such as air-con & lift maintenance, landscaping and pest control, etc.;
• Review preventive maintenance program, and recommend improvement;
• Ensure safety policies are enforced and compliance;
• Ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Manager.

Requirements:

• Possess a Diploma or NITEC level in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or a related field;
• Problem-solving skills, well-organized, and willing to dirty your hand;

• Inspection and supervision of Archi work.
• Inspect and conduct all required tests for the project.
• Preparation & issuance of site memos on bad workmanship & non-compliant works.
• As-built drawings checks.
• Highlight safety issues as & when observed.
• Attend and witness all on-site testing of architectural works as required by the Client and authorities.
• Check that all architectural works are carried out according to the approved drawings and specifications and conform to all authority standards and requirements.
• Inspect the completed works and record all defects for rectification before handing them over to the Client.

Qualification

• Diploma in a relevant field and a minimum of 8 years of architectural experience, along with at least 5 years of experience in supervising construction for projects of similar scale and complexity in a local context.
• Has good working knowledge of Architectural and Interior Design finishing works and compliance with local Building Regulations.
• Prefer to have LTA MRT project experience.
