-Play an active role in delivering service excellence, enhancing customer satisfaction and provide consistent quality customer service.
-Liaise with customers on incoming queries, ensuring timely and effective execution of customer orders, handling stock allocation, processing of delivery orders and invoices.
-Handle claims received from customer.
-Handle office reception duties include attending to incomings calls and faxes.
-Liaise with forwarders to arrange pickup, fumigation, perform bookings and advise shipment details to customers.
-Prepare documentations relating to Certificate of Origin, Letter of Credit shipments, etc.
-Proper keep and filing of import / export documents.
-Responsible for any other general admin duties.
-Perform any other duties assigned by the superior.
Requirements
Candidate must possess at least a Certificate or Diploma in logistics /customer service or related field.
Min. 3 years of relevant logistics / customer service experience.
Knowledge of Certificate of Origin, Letter of Credit, import, export procedures documentation will be an added advantage.
Customer service oriented & good interpersonal skills.
Possess initiative with a positive attitude, willing to learn, able to work independently and a team player.
Meticulous, well organized and ability to multi-task.
Pleasant and mature personality with the ability to manage difficult situations.
Computer literacy, experience in using MS EXCEL, WORD and familiar with MS Outlook and other office applications
Fluent in both written and spoken English, Chinese in order to liaise with Chinese speaking clients/business associates
