· Generate Exchange Order (EO) to make payment to airlines and operators

· Handle any operations-related enquiries and assist Sales Team when required.

· Creation of tour type and tour code using in-house travel system

· Issue travel documents to customers

· Provide information, quotations and assistance during destination travel events, if required.

· Any other duties as assigned by supervisor

Job Requirements

· Minimum 2 years’ experience in a travel & tourism company

· Good command of English & Chinese to deal with overseas business partners.

· Excellent accuracy and attention to detail

· Strong organizational skills and the ability to set priorities and meet deadlines

· Excellent command of Microsoft Office (World, Excel, Outlook) applications and computing skills

· Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

· Must be team oriented, extremely motivated, and able to work independently

· Knowledge of of CRS, GDS and CRM system (Airline booking system) is an advantage

· Experience of working in an operational or customer service role in the travel industry is preferred

Customer Service Officers (Full time)

The Write Connection is a premier learning centre in Singapore. Our Customer Service Officers (CSOs) are among the best in the industry as we hold them to high standards to deliver premium service to our customers.

Work Hours

Full-time employees must work a 5-day week, including a weekend. Your work schedule is pegged to the center's operation hours and operational needs. As a general rule, you will work the following hours:

• Weekdays: 12.30pm to 9.30pm (inclusive of one hour's meal break)
• Saturday or Sunday: 8.30am to 6.30pm (inclusive of one hour's meal break)
• 1 weekday off; 1 rest day
• +/- 2-hour meeting per week

Work Location

Work location is subject to operational needs. You need to be comfortable with travelling to branches around Singapore.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Sales and Customer Service

• Explain our courses, education philosophy and pedagogy to potential customers
• Promote TWC programmes to potential and existing customers
• Build relationships with our customers
• Handle phone and email queries effectively and promptly
• Perform and manage sales transaction effectively and promptly

Administrative Duties

• Arrange replacement lessons for students, and appointments for parents, Centre Management or teachers
• Responsible for center's inventory and simple logistics
• Other administrative and ad hoc duties, e.g. filing documents

Job Requirements

• Have minimum GCE 'A' levels or Diploma qualifications
• Possess at least 2 year of relevant work experience in customer service-related job roles, preferably in enrichment centers settings
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suites (e.g. Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Candidates who are proficient with MacBook and G-Suites (e.g. Drive, Gmail, Docs, and Sheets) would have added advantage

- Station on-site and perform daily inspection and preventive maintenance works in Mechanical and Electrical Systems according to Scheduled Maintenance

- Attend to feedback, Breakdown and customer service requests

- Attend to Fault-Calls and carry out rectification of Faults within specified time and budget

- Supervise and coordinate with contractors and vendors on works according to scheduled maintenance, repair, shut-down and overhaul works

- Assist Engineer/Manager to update records of Mechanical and Electrical system servicing reports and monitor the performance of the systems and equipment

As part of the Premier Service Unit servicing the bank’s key VIP trade clients, and effectively perform day-to-day business operational activities which includes meeting both internal and external stakeholders’ expectations in terms of quality and turnaround time, your responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Processing of Trade Finance applications including issuance and advising of Letter of Credit, Bank-to-Bank Reimbursements, Export Negotiations, etc.
• Perform pre and post processing duties e.g., follow-up, tracking and closing of outstanding items in a timely manner.
• Adherence to the processes, procedures and guidelines established under the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) and Process Risk Maps (PRM)
• Maintain risk & controls measures as per the established standards and minimize operational losses.

Job Qualifications

Responsibilities:

• To provide supervision services to ensure the Contractor comply with the Authorities’ Requirements and Agencies’ requirements;
• To review the Contractor’s drawings for discrepancies, missing details, etc. and to highlight such findings to the Company in a timely manner;
• To supervise transmission cable and building development project works including civil, road works and other associated works
• To ensure contractor carried out works not affecting/compromise safety, environmental and health matters;
• provide standing supervision to all civil and structural works compliance with the Authority’s Requirements including, but not limited to, the following for completion of the project works:
• Temporary Works relating to excavation, strutting, earth retaining and stabilising structures (ERSS), ground improvement, if required;
• Safety, Health and Environmental control measures, etc.;
• Utility diversions and protection works/supports to utilities, if required;
• Risk registers, hazard logs, etc;
• Mobilization and demobilization of vehicles, machineries and equipment etc.
• Cable preparation and cable pulling works, etc;
• Construction of Joint Bay and associated work, etc;
• Cable jointing works in joint bay, etc;
• Testing and commissioning works related to transmission cable, etc;
• Weekly summary reports on site management to highlight safety issue and propose any improvement to the Company;

Requirements:

• Registered as Resident Technical Officer with BCA/IES/ACES;
• Minimum Three (3) years of relevant experience in projects similar in nature to the projects
