• Support the PvB Service Transformation Team, Singapore in:
• formulating and executing the process improvement strategy to continuously improve the Client Experience and Front Office’s productivity.
• developing a culture of continuous improvement among the Client Service Managers (CSM) and CSM Team Leaders who are back bone of the sales team comprising of RM, RMTL, MH, RH as well as IA.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Business

• Assist the PvB Service Transformation Team, Singapore in identifying opportunities for improvement and driving these towards execution in order to remove redundancies and enhance Front Office’s productivity and Client Experience in PvB, such as:
• To support PvB change delivery efforts, in designing and implementing process improvement for Global / Location initiatives.
• To provide input on the Front Office processes to technology transformation teams, when articulating business requirements and implementing new technology platforms.
• Working with the relevant teams to enhance the control environment within the Front Office being first line of defence.
• Ensure smooth execution of projects at the onset as well as functioning on daily basis while meeting deadlines.
• Socializing changes with the CSM during monthly huddles along with CSM TLs while clarifying their doubts and collecting important feedbacks.

Processes

• Review processes / parts of processes that require Front Office and CSM action. These include CDD Account Opening and Periodic Review, Investment Trade Execution, Payments, Non-financial transactions, etc.
• Ensure that changes have the required approvals under the PvB Operational Risk Framework.

People & Talent

• Lead through example and build the appropriate culture and values. Set appropriate tone and expectations from the team and work in collaboration with risk and control partners.
• Ensure ongoing training and development to remain suitably skilled and qualified for the role to mitigate any risks.

Risk Management

• Work with control partners (e.g., Compliance, Operational Risk) to ensure that proposed changes to processes do not deteriorate the control environment of the private bank.

The Animal Care Officer (ACO) is responsible for the treatment, care, and overall well-being of animals. The ACO plays an important role in ensuring the welfare of animals within the shelter and executing prescribed treatment and enrichment plans to support the well-being and potential adoption of the animals under their care.

JOB SCOPE/ KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Client Care

- Develop and implement clients’ Individual Care Plans (ICP) and monitor their progress

- Plan and co-ordinate therapeutic and training activities and events for clients using a pro-active, collaborative, creative and person-centred approach

- Assist clients in performing areas of self-care such as feeding, grooming and toileting (including diaper changing) and in maintaining good standards of hygiene

- Ensure client’s safety and well-being at all times

2. Administration

- Maintain client’s attendance and administrative records, including ICPs, Case conference reports etc

- Maintain effective and regular communication with parents, family members and/or caregivers

- Support ad-hoc volunteer events/outings on weekends

- Co-ordinate and participate in case conferences to discuss clients’ development and other related matters

JOB HOLDER REQUIREMENT

• ‘O’ Level/’A’ Level/ITE Certification and above, from a recognised educational institution
• Relevant experience in the fields of Special Education or Social services is preferred
• Experience in Community Service with exposure to youths/adults with disabilities is an added advantage
• Good command of spoken and written English
• Demonstrate a commitment to and an understanding of social inclusion as well as the values associated with promoting independence
• Patient, positive and passionate about working with adults with disabilities
• Strong commitment of care toward adults with disabilities and a positive mindset towards their development and growth
• Self-motivated and keen to develop professionally
• Work effectively both as an individual and as part of a multi-disciplinary team
• Able to do cross-Divisional work as necessary

This position is to manage and update customer pertaining to Air Import Shipments activities

Job Description:

• To monitor closely assigned customers’ inbound shipments

• Work closely with respective overseas offices to monitor its uplift at point of export till its arrival

• Update customers promptly of delivery date and if any irregularity to inform them

• Maintain close communication with overseas offices, internal customers, authorized contractors and ground handling agents to track closely its arrival and customs clearance

• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by his/her immediate superior and/or manager

• Some basic skills in Microsoft office Requirement
