Responsibilities:
• Responsible for growing the business with senior management and the team for implementation of business plans, pursue new business opportunities to increase sales and profits.
• Identify profitable business growth opportunities and clients to further develop the eco system within the company customers
• Full responsibility including budget responsibility for all customer relations, development, and growth of key customers.
• Monitor current and future vacancies to ensure annual targets are met
• Acquisition and advising of European companies about market entry and business development in the Southeast Asia region.
• Develop and implement a sustainable sales strategy.
• Conducting market research to identify new business opportunities.
• Maintaining fruitful relationships with existing partners and growing the partners’ network.
Requirements:
• Degree, with sales and business development experience
• Previous experience in real esate (commercial/ industrial) property related industry advantageous
• Fluent language skills in English and German due to needs to interact with German-speakers
• Possess strong customer and service-oriented mind-set with a friendly attitude and excellent negotiation skills.
• Enjoy networking within a cross-cultural environment, and have a good understanding of the local market (Singapore, Southeast Asia).
• Mature personality, able to think strategically and work independently.
• Self-motivated, resourceful, and detail-oriented individual with good communication and time management skills.
• Creative innovative self- starter and the ability to negotiate and solve tough issues.
• Eager to explore new, agile working methods and be able to cope with last minute tasks.
