Role

The role will be focused on leading the successful roll-out of Transfer solutions business (Cross Border Services and Mastercard Send) within AP, to include:

Support the customers to install, diagnose and resolve Hardware, Software, Application issues on desktop PC/notebook and related peripherals.

Primary Responsibilities

• To assist in installation of hardware and software
• To ensure that hardware and software are maintained according to standards by performing upgrades, new installations and carry out routine updating procedures

Job Knowledge/Skills

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide front-line engineering support for M&E systems
• Carry out/ ensure routine & preventive maintenance services of M&E systems in accordance to plan/master schedule
