The AV Service Engineer is responsible for providing technical support, data collection, coordinating maintenance and operation activities to ensure the optimal operation of autonomous vehicles.

Key Responsibilities:

Level 1 Troubleshooting and Technical Support:

• Provide on-site Level 1 troubleshooting support (when activated) and debugging for technical issues encountered. Work with Level 2 support to identify, diagnose, and resolve basic configurations concerns, or minor hardware malfunctions.

Job Summary

We are looking for a young energetic Business and Market development executive who preferably has a technical background, has a keen interest in the latest technologies, resourceful and is social media savvy.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing the market segment of the Company’s products in aviation and aerospace industries, for promoting the Company's products and services to potential and existing customers.

Primary Responsibilities

• Assist with developing the market for client or company.
• Support growing of existing accounts and acquiring new clients.
• Make sales presentations
• Gather clients and customer intelligence and requirements
• Support develop sales opportunities.
• Generate and describe creative, results-focused marketing concepts to a diverse client base.
• Handle incoming inquiries.
• Support development of sales strategies in tandem with management.
• Conduct secondary research, including finding information from industry associations, statisticians and marketing experts.
• Generate reports that analyze competition and customers.
• Offer insights about product potentials.
• Be familiar with advanced statistical analysis and research methodologies, along with common computer programs.
• Prepare, plan and project manage the publication of all publicity material to maximise brand promotion
• Plan and create marketing campaigns and deliver them to agreed time frames
• Contribute to the annual sales and marketing plans as well as sales and expenditure budgets
• Plan and project manage marketing events and evaluate their success
• Develop and implement internal marketing procedures and processes
• Support day-to-day marketing activities
• Contribute to the continued improvement and upkeep of the website

Sciente is broadening our client portfolio for services in intelligentisation and digital transformation, leveraging our partnerships with Snowflake, Databricks, Dataiku, Salesforce and Amazon Web Services.

This is an on-site Singapore-based individual contribution role that will focus on client delight and growing the Services businesses of Sciente in Singapore.

• Take ownership and fine-tune the strategy and account plan to boost services revenue, in line with the business potential of the targeted sector and/or accounts.
• Work towards achieving the agreed services revenue performance goals by opening up new logos.
• Client Engagement & Development: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their IT projects requirements, challenges/needs, company culture, and strategic objectives.
• Collaborate with client managers to clarify their requirements and make sure a common understanding.
• Adopt a consultative approach to act as advisors for our clients to formulate the right value-added services offering.
• For SOW based services, work with internal talent acquisition team for specific roles/scope of work.
• Service Agreements/Scope of Work/Terms of Business and Offer Negotiation: Serve as a liaison during the SOW/offer negotiation process, facilitating discussions and reaching mutually beneficial agreements.
• Build the relationship with client managers across the levels, develop client accounts and grow the portfolio of IT professional services within the client accounts.
• Market Research: Stay abreast of industry trends, market conditions, technology providers, and competitor activities to inform strategies and provide valuable insights to clients and Sciente.
• Adhere diligently to Sciente's internal processes and submit weekly reports in a timely manner.

Qualifications and Experience:

• At least 5 years of total relevant new client acquisition sales experience in B2B IT services & solutions within Singapore.
• Exposure to AWS, Snowflake, Databricks or similar products/platforms/services within data & AI shall be a big plus.
• Minimum 3 years of local work experience in client acquisition or client services or large client account management is preferred.
• A graduate degree or diploma in IT, Computer Science, a related field is highly desired.
• Essential qualifications include outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, along with a results-oriented mindset.
• Proficiency in engaging with client managers, adopting a consultative approach to understand their project requirements.
• Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to continuous learning are mandatory for our organizational culture and the demands of the markets we serve.
• Capability to work towards meeting revenue performance goals for the named client accounts.
• A fervor for delivering quality results, coupled with discipline, focus, perseverance, and resourcefulness, is highly valued.
