MISSION

The Strategic Corporate Development and Partnerships Executive at the International French

School (Singapore) plays a key role in driving student enrolment growth and securing

strategic corporate sponsorships. The primary mission is to attract and engage prospective

families while building strong, mutually beneficial partnerships with corporations and

community organisations. This role supports the school’s goal of maintaining its position as a

premium international school and ensuring financial sustainability through increased

student registrations and diversified revenue streams.

RESPONSIBILITIES

A. Student Enrolment and Family Engagement

● Proactively identify, engage, and nurture relationships with prospective families to

increase student enrolment.

● Support the planning and organisation of admissions events, including school tours,

open days, and information sessions.

● Work closely with the Admissions team to ensure a seamless and personalised

experience for potential families.

● Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust engagement strategies

and outreach efforts.

● Maintain an updated database of prospective families, ensuring timely

communication and follow-ups.

Corporate Sponsorships and Partnerships

● Research and identify potential corporate partners and sponsors aligned with the

school’s mission and values.

● Support negotiations and secure and manage sponsorship agreements and Corporate

Membership Partnerships to enhance the school’s programs, events, facilities and

Governance.

● Develop long-term relationships with sponsors and Corporate Membership Partners

and ensure that all sponsorship obligations are met.

● Collaborate with internal teams to integrate sponsorships and benefits from the

Corporate Membership Partnership programme into school events, initiatives, and

marketing efforts.

Marketing and Community Engagement

● Assist in developing marketing campaigns aimed at prospective families and

corporate partners.

● Represent IFS at external events, networking opportunities, and industry conferences

to enhance the school’s visibility and reputation.

● Support the Communications team in developing content and materials for

promotional campaigns, media outreach, and digital platforms.

Data Analysis and Reporting

● Track and report on key performance metrics related to student enrolment, family

engagement, and partnership outcomes.

● Provide regular updates to senior leadership on progress toward enrolment and

sponsorship targets.

REQUIRED SKILLS, EXPERIENCE, AND QUALIFICATIONS

● Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related

field.

● Experience:

○ Minimum of 3 years in business development, sales, corporate partnerships,

or a related role.

○ Proven track record in securing sponsorships or building partnerships.

○ Experience in the education sector or a similar industry is preferred.

● Skills:

○ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage

with a diverse range of stakeholders.

○ Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.

○ Proficiency in project management and ability to handle multiple tasks

simultaneously.

○ Analytical skills to track metrics and report on performance outcomes.

○ Fluency in English is essential; knowledge of French is an advantage.

WORKING CONDITIONS

● Contract Type: Full-time, Permanent

● Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM, with occasional evening or

weekend work for events.

• Assist tutors with technical issues & application processing
• Clarification of agency's commission & policies to tutors

Business to Business (B2B):

• Take charge of MindFlex's B2B arm and work with tuition centres, government agencies & educational institutes.
• Schedule interviews (phonecall, online, face-to-face) between tutors and organisations
• Manage confirmation contracts & invoices for clients

Internal Processes:

• Work with customised back-end software, specially designed to fulfill the company's business needs & improve efficiency
• Maintain cohesive inter-department and intra-department relations, ensure good customer handover between colleagues
• Take charge of designating clients to various teams (traffic control), depending on each team's existing workload
• Maintain an organised record of clients for different departments to contact and follow-up with in future

Business Development:

• Analyse company's past data and trends, to forecast peak periods and develop relevant plans
• Active participation in Business Development meetings to brainstorm for process streamlining and automation
• 1-to-1 & consultations with MindFlex's upper management on strategy building for the company's operations
• Brainstorm & develop new streams of revenue for the company with Business Development Manager
• Execute Business Development plans in a strategic manner

• Understand common knowledge about the network, familiar with firewall, VPN, DHCP, DNS and other network technologies. Familiar with high availability/load balancing technology will be an advantage;
• High sense of responsibility, strong ability to analyze and eliminate faults, good at learning at work, able to withstand work stress;
• Understand the penetration test, have experience in safe operation and maintenance and have working experience in AZURE, AWS or Google Cloud platforms;

Learning Scope:

Client Relations

• Take charge of handling tuition requests via Forms & WhatsApp
• Ask clients the right questions to gather information efficiently
• Address clients' queries and concerns that they might have
• Transfer clients' requirements into a concise job-post format
• Provide after-sales service to clients (and tutors)
• Monthly check-in on existing client base for any feedback, staying connected and maintaining good relations with them

Tutor Relations:

• Broadcasting assignments via automated outreach channels (Email, Telegram, etc.) to our database of 50,000+ tutors
• Apply filters (eg. Location, Tutor Type, Qualifications) to tag each assignment to the correct target audience
• Assist in profiling, and marketing tutors in a way which captures the client's attention based on their needs
• Assist tutors with technical issues & application processing
• Clarification of agency's commission & policies to tutors

Business to Business (B2B):

• Take charge of MindFlex's B2B arm and work with tuition centres, government agencies & educational institutes.
• Schedule interviews (phonecall, online, face-to-face) between tutors and organisations
• Manage confirmation contracts & invoices for clients

Internal Processes:

• Work with customised back-end software, specially designed to fulfill the company's business needs & improve efficiency
• Maintain cohesive inter-department and intra-department relations, ensure good customer handover between colleagues
• Take charge of designating clients to various teams (traffic control), depending on each team's existing workload
• Maintain an organised record of clients for different departments to contact and follow-up with in future

Business Development:

• Analyse company's past data and trends, to forecast peak periods and develop relevant plans
• Active participation in Business Development meetings to brainstorm for process streamlining and automation
• 1-to-1 & consultations with MindFlex's upper management on strategy building for the company's operations
