Stakeholder Management

• Liaising and onboarding charities for Giving Season
• Assist in providing advisory services to NPOs regarding their campaign and content strategy with regards to the Giving Season

Fundraising Campaign Strategy (Giving Season)

• Assist in researching and analysing fundraising trends and best practices
• Help develop comprehensive fundraising strategies tailored to Giving Season

About The Job

The Process Worker supports the mission of the Red Shield Industries, a social enterprise, highly regarded by public for its excellent delivery donation in kind service which is sensitive and responsive to the community welfare needs and meeting the funding needs of The Salvation Army. About the Role

As the Head of Asia Dev, Biostatistics at GSK, you will play a pivotal role in leading and overseeing our biostatistics teams in China and Japan, with a focus on achieving synergies across Asia. You will be responsible for integrating and enhancing biostatistics capabilities, ensuring alignment with global clinical development strategies, and driving the adoption of innovative statistical approaches. Key Responsibilities:

The incumbent is accountable for leading Biostatistics Asia with responsibilities including but not limited to:

• Lead the Biostatistics Asia team, including statistics, programming, and real-world data analytics.
• Build a highly efficient organization aiming for Upper Quartile objectives and global regulatory simultaneous submissions.
• Partner with Global Biostatistics Leadership Liaison to develop a fit-for-future Biostatistics organization in China and Japan.
• Foster a culture of technical innovation and statistical best practices within the team.
• Collaborate with global counterparts to maintain best practice sharing opportunities and provide strategic inputs to global development strategy.
• Build strategic partnerships with key internal groups across R&D and Commercial to ensure successful development and commercialization of the portfolio.
• Ensure high-quality execution of all trial analyses and submissions, including planning resource strategy and managing budget, quality, and CRO oversight.
• Influence cross-functional teams (e.g., clinical, regulatory, commercial, health outcomes, pharmacovigilance) as a member of the Asia Development Leadership team.
• Enhance the reputation of Asia Dev Biostatistics through collaboration with external academic and industry stakeholders, and regulatory authorities.
• Provide statistical support for China and Japan medical and post-submission activities, including reimbursement analyses and full lifecycle efforts.

• Supervise the creation, writing and editing of communication materials, including Annual Reports, digital fundraising campaigns, website and social media posts, videos, podcasts, presentation materials, letters, speeches, human interest stories, infographics and post-event pages.

• Ensure all content is clear and accurate, consistent with PBSG’s branding and messaging guidelines to avoid any miscommunication.

4. Team Collaboration

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including fundraising, programme/volunteer management, etc to ensure co-ordinated efforts and consistent branding and messaging.

5. Communications Development and Policy Implementation

• Monitor trends to stay updated and leverage emerging communication technologies and platforms such as SEO and SMO to optimise online traffic through site structure and content.

• Develop and implement communication policies, processes, and protocols to maintain PBSG’s positive image and reputation.

6. Performance Measurement and Reporting

• Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for communication efforts and regularly track and report on the effectiveness of communication campaigns.

Requirements:
