Position Overview:

We are looking for an energetic, passionate and self-motivated individual to co-develop and lead CFS’s strategic roadmap for partnerships. The candidate will lead the Partnerships & Development pillar within the larger Partnerships & Engagement team.

With Singapore’s plans to become a regional philanthropy hub, CFS plays an important role in inspiring strategic philanthropy across a growing segment of family offices. The main responsibility is to engage, cultivate and deepen relationships with the partners to build donor pipeline and opportunities in collective giving circles and networks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Explore synergies with key stakeholders and co-develop long-term growth strategies with partner institutions to expand the reach of CFS.
• Develop and manage relationships with multipliers (statutory boards, financial institutions, law firms, non-profit intermediaries).
• Identify and cultivate new sources of prospects to expand donor pipeline and support the sustainability of CFS (banks, trust companies, legal advisors, business and trade associations, corporates).
• Articulate customised pitches and proposals to integrate philanthropy to wealth and financial planning, and to ESG reporting for corporates.
• Lead a team of Partnerships & Development Consultants to proactively provide and respond to partners’ and prospects’ philanthropic interests.
• Co-lead the collaboration with Marketing to develop CFS’s Legacy Giving strategy.
• Identify opportunities for leveraging multipliers’ network and resources for speaking opportunities, press and collaterals.
• Project manage partner engagement touchpoints and work plan.
• Prepare regular updates to partners and multipliers.
• Utilize data and analytics to assess engagement, identify trends, and make informed decisions.
• Lead organisational projects that improves partner and donor conversion rates.

Qualifications/Skills:

• A Degree from an accredited tertiary institution, or comparable qualifications.
• A team player, with experience working with a high degree of independence in a time-sensitive environment.
• At least 8 years of experience working in an advisory role, foundation, business development, fundraising or front-facing client relations role.
• Superior interpersonal skills with an ability to work with diverse audiences, senior corporate leaders and HNWIs.
• Familiarity with the philanthropic, non-profit sector and major sources of wealth would be advantageous.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in spoken and written Mandarin is preferred.
• Strong sense of confidentiality; agile and flexible thinker able to thrive in a fluid work environment.
• Ability to analyse and synthesise information towards a longer-term objective.

• Location: Tuas View Circuit Company Transport / Transport Allowance ($120) if possess own transport
• Monday to Friday (8am to 5pm)
• Basic: $3800 to $4300 + site allowances
• Responsible for developing and implementing process strategies, managing process resources, optimizing current processes, and maintaining process documents.

Job Specifications:

• At least a Bachelor in Chemical Engineering
• Min 1 years of process industry experience
• Strong working knowledge of process related standards, Process Improvement
• and Safety Management

Responsibilities:

• Analyze and evaluate existing processes, take measurements and interpret data including SCADA system operations (in line with company towards digitalization)
• Perform risk assessments
• Research, design, and develop processes to optimize productivity and workflow
• Oversee operations and maintenance of facility processes
• Determine the organization and setup of operations
• Oversee implementation of new processes and procedures
• Investigate and troubleshoot any problems that arise with processes, procedures, and operations
• Develop best practices, routines and innovative solutions to improve throughput and quality of output
• Manage cost and time constraints
• Provide process documentation and operating instructions
• Involve and perform PSM and Hazop study
• Become turn key manager to plan and execute plant shutdown
• To undertake any other assignment given by the Management from time to time.

As an Engineer under Engineering- Manufacturing System and Automation, you will be tasked to provide operational technical support to drive productivity and product quality with GxP compliance and regulatory requirements. · Innovate, provide and implement ideas for process or equipment improvement.

· Ensure the system/equipment are comply with HSE, and Alcon quality requirement

WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO ALCON:

· Minimum 0-3 years of intensive hands on experiences in technical (Electrical/ Mechatronic /Electronic/Physics/ Automation) troubleshooting and experience on Siemens S7/TIA Portal, Beckhoff TwinCAT and/or Allen Bradley PLC.

· Experience on factory automation system installation/validation and understanding of GMP/GDP requirement.

Job Description:

1. Reporting to the Assistant Director, Partnerships and Startup Development, you will collaborate across cross-functional teams to develop, maintain and grow our strategic opportunities with both existing and new partners aligned to ACE.SG’s mission.
2. You will design, implement programmes, offerings (including sponsorship and innovation projects) and marketing campaigns for partners across the organization.
3. You will conceptualize, train and track engagement plans for partners across various operational needs and support each corporation can offer for startups.
4. You will coordinate with various account managers on overall liaison with partners and tracking of budget, project charter and budget utilisation for programmes with sponsors or partners.
5. You will analyse ecosystem needs, gaps of operation requirements startups may have and identify potential partners that could bridge identified gaps.
6. You will conceptualize and develop standardized strategic commercial objectives and partnership/sponsorship agreement guidelines across the organization.
7. You will develop, monitor and review performance indicators of measurement for the partnerships with corporations and ecosystem players across the organization.
8. You will provide consultancy and advisory services and cultivate deep relationships with key stakeholders and partners and clients and establish and enhance strategic partnerships with local and foreign entities to create opportunities in driving co-innovation activities.
9. You will carry out studies and prepare landscape reports on market development, economic analysis, technology trends and other relevant areas pertaining to the local startup ecosystem that the partners may request.

Requirements:

• Degree in a relevant field.
