TUMCREATE is a multidisciplinary research platform of the Technical University Munich (TUM) at the Singapore Campus for Research Excellence and Technological Enterprise (CREATE). We are joining forces with universities, public agencies, and industry for the advancement of future technologies.

A new multi-disciplinary project named “Centre for Energy & Emissions Modelling (CE2M) Phase 2” hosted by A*Star with TUMCREATE as one of their partners has been launched. The overall goal of this project is to provide policymakers with a toolbox to explore pathways to “net zero” in Singapore. For this purpose, an existing model integration framework shall be enhanced through a systems of system modelling & simulation approach. Objective of the position:

We are looking for an experienced Software Engineer who will work on building interfaces between models and to expand existing models to facilitate model coupling. This is a 24-month fixed term contract with the possibility of extension.

Job Responsibilities:

• Familiarise with and review existing models developed by the project partners.
• Identify weak points of the models, particularly with regards to interfacing them with other models.
• Define and implement interfaces between the models.
• Contribute to the development of a system-of-systems model that includes all models.

The Centre for Quantum Technologies (CQT), National University of Singapore is looking for researchers and engineers to develop next generation quantum computers based on trapped ions. The Senior AV Service Engineer is responsible for providing technical support, data collection, coordinating maintenance and operation activities to ensure the optimal operation of autonomous vehicles.

Level 1 Troubleshooting and Technical Support:
