As the HR Manager driving Learning and Development initiatives in So Drama! Entertainment, you will play a crucial role in fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth. JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Skills and Competencies Framework:
- Develop and refine skills and competency frameworks tailored to different job families and champion its implementation across the organisation.
- Collaborate with the Competency Owners and Representatives to identify skills, competencies and training required of the different job roles.
- Stay at the forefront of industry trends to keep our frameworks agile and future-ready.
2. Learning and Development Initiatives:
- Innovate and implement engaging learning programmes (e.g. workshops and Brown Bags) that foster skill enhancement and professional growth.
- Evaluate programme success through robust feedback mechanisms and performance metrics.
3. Strategies and Budgeting
- Develop and implement a comprehensive learning and development strategy aligned with the company's vision, mission, and strategic goals.
- Develop and manage the budget for learning and development initiatives and provide insights and recommendations for strategic allocation of resources.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Learning & Development, or a related field.
- At least 8 years of relevant progressive HR experience, with at least three years in a managerial role. Experience in the Media and Entertainment industry or related fields is highly valued.
- Proven experience in designing and implementing competency frameworks and training programmes. Familiarity with the Skills Future Framework for Media industry will be an added advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders.
- Meticulous, self-driven, able to work independently and as a team.
- Ability to plan, multi-task and manage project and timelines effectively.
- Certifications: Professional certifications in HR (e.g., IHRP, SHRM) are a welcomed bonus
