Job Description

• Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential clients and industry trends
• Assist in the development and implementation of business strategies
• Prepare presentations, reports, and other documents for meetings and pitches
• Support the sales team in lead generation and follow-up activities
• Participate in meetings with clients and partners, providing administrative support as needed
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure alignment on business development goals
• Undertake any additional tasks assigned by management on an ad-hoc basis

Requirements

• Candidates can be full-time students or recent graduates from relevant fields of study
• Entrepreneurial candidates preferred

• Lead the strategic development and expansion of Huawei Cloud’s partner ecosystem across the APAC region, with a focus on driving market penetration, revenue growth, and long-term partnerships.

• Minimum of 12 years of proven experience in business development or partner management within the ICT/cloud industry, with a focus on delivering transformative cloud solutions in complex environments.
• Extensive pre-sales and post-sales experience within the cloud ecosystem, with a robust track record of managing partner relationships and driving end-to-end solution adoption.
• Exceptional leadership capabilities, with a demonstrated ability to manage, mentor, and inspire cross-functional teams while aligning business and technical goals.
