• Review the sub-consultants, sub-contractors and vendors' design and submission, ensuring all project specifications and design standard are met.
• Prepare all relevant checklists for installation, testing and commission works.
• Collaboration with multiple stakeholders including internal teams of different trades, clients, consultants, other packages, sub-contractors, and vendors.
• Attending to client's comments and ensuring client's approval and acceptance of all electrical works related design, installation, testing and commissioning works.
• Handle and resolve all site technical related matters.

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering
• 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in construction industry. Working experience in water or wastewater industry will be an advantage.
• Experience in design, installation, testing and commissioning of electrical works, e.g. high voltage system, low voltage system, transformers, motor starters, cabling works, earthing and lightning protection system, etc.
• Experience in project execution, project coordination, supervision and coordination
  with clients, consultants, and all other sub-tier under the Contractor.
• Good technical knowledge in electrical system.
• Well verse in power system analysis software e.g. ETAP and BIM software e.g. Bentley, Revit and Navisworks.
• Team player with good interpersonal skills.
• Meticulous and analytical with excellent problem-solving skills.
• Able to work under tight deadlines.
• Highly motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Will be required to work full time at project site.

• Operate equipment, clean, assemble and maintain the cleanliness of the equipment.
• Maintain the documentation of operations in accordance with cGMP requirement.
• Operate the equipment in accordance with SOP / batch document.
• Perform online monitoring and check through the batch
• Complete all relevant documentation required for packing, maintenance and cleaning of equipment in the work area.
• Maintain the cleanliness of work area to ensure cGMP compliance.
• Perform all duties required to meet the schedule.
• Check dispensed input packaging materials and product details against batch document.
• Co-ordination with Engineering for break down rectification of Packing equipment.
• Participate in investigation of process deviation, cGMP and all other compliance related matters
• Ensure compliance to GxP / Safety / Quality policies.

Requirements

• Min NITEC education or Higher NITEC/ Diploma in Chemical Processing/ Chemical Technology/ Biotechnology / Biomedical / Mechanical / Mechatronics Engineering or relevant disciplines
• 2-5 years of manufacturing experience in Pharmaceutical, Chemical or related industries.

Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES

This role will be responsible for our Product Application Lab for Semiconductor applications. Working closely with the Sales team and global technical resources, the selected candidate will support the development and growth of Semiconductor industry products in the region, focused on Southeast Asia. The initial focus will be on Strip, Etch, and Clean (SEC) solutions, but will also grow to include the Elevate® line of electroplating products. Specifically, the duties will include:

• Having a deep understanding of Technic products for the Semiconductor industry,
• Keeping abreast of industry developments and market position/performance of comparable competitive products.
• Working with Sales team to select appropriate customer and application targets
• Visiting customers across the territory to understand their equipment, process, and product performance requirements.
• Starting-up and operating the Technic Wafer Processing and Failure Analysis lab
• Conducting product functional performance testing & measurements either on-site or coordinating with other Regions to generate test results remotely.
• Advising on laboratory upgrades needed to better serve customers
• Liaising with customers during qualification tests and providing trouble-shooting advice after installation
• Recommending the best product for the application based on product experience and/or laboratory trials
• Hiring and supervising at least one technician to maintain the lab and support customer trials
• Developing specifications and facility recommendations for local manufacturing of SEC products, either at Technic or third-party facilities
• Advise on hiring and lead training of operators for local manufacturing
• Set operating procedures, quality targets and release specifications for any eventual locally made semiconductor products
• Developing external collaborations with co-suppliers, Universities, or Government Research Institutes to strengthen our offering, improve our market visibility, or secure funding to advance our product offerings.

Requirement

• The role may require regular travel to Malaysia, Vietnam, Philippines, and Thailand (1-2 times per month) & less frequent travel to France and the US (1-2 times per year)
• Qualifications: Graduate degree (Masters or PhD) in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering
• Experience: 10 Years of experience in Semiconductor Wafer Processing industries
