JOB MISSION

• Develop and maintain customizations for the Change Management tool, including writing REXX scripts, XML reports, and customizing skeletons and panels as required.
• Work extensively with Mainframe DevOps tools such as IDz (IBM Developer for z/OS), Git, and related technologies.
• Contribute to mainframe development processes using expertise in COBOL, JCL, CICS, JES, DB2, MVS, and other mainframe technologies.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for troubleshooting and resolving issues related to Change Man software, code promotion workflows, and tool-related queries.
• Validate and ensure proper approvals for code promotion processes and verify successful migrations across environments.
• Monitor and manage Change Man configurations, including tasks related to backup and recovery.

Key Skills & Experience Required:

• Extensive experience in Change Man development, administration, and troubleshooting.
