• Coordination works with process systems supervisors, construction manager, senior engineers , sub-contractors for daily and weekly process systems construction activities.
• Maintain the project folders and sub folders with relevant project design, safety, construction documents and drawings, conduct monthly reviews with senior engineer and leas engineer.
• Familiar with software design tools Pipe Flo , BIM 360 , Blue Beam, EMP for managing the process system design works
• Familiar with project safety requirements and participate in IFW meetings, project safety meetings.
• Assist Lead/Senior Engineer/s in budgeting and cost estimations for projects.
• Familiar with knowledge Centre and Learned Lessons, study and utilize the temp plates and process system materials to learn and develop the knowledge about the various process systems.
• Assist Quality Assurance/Quality Compliance Manager/Senior Engineer/s in Site acceptance Test and Inspection Qualification.
• Assist Commissioning Manager in system start-up, testing and commissioning and system turnover to client.
• To take role as Work Package Owner (WPO) responsible for packages progress to completion with help of supervisor and final handover documents.
• Participation in Design for Safety during the design stage works
• BIM Modelling internal reviews with BIM/CAD Team, CSA & MEP counter parts and review with client for LOD 400, 450 and 500.

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical or Environmental Engineering
• Diploma holders with additional 2 - 3 years’ experience unless equated with professional certifications
• Experience in design and/or construction in either Deionized/Ultrapure Water or Wastewater or Chemical or Gas Systems.
• Understanding of Codes and Engineering Standards of International Clients.
• Conversant in the use of design software.

Job Description

1. Business Development Support:Research and identify new business opportunities and assist in preparing proposals, pitches, and presentations for potential clients.
   Coordinate and track business development initiatives and lead follow-up activities.
   Support the maintenance and growth of client relationships through regular communications and event coordination.
   Collaborate with practice groups to identify cross-selling opportunities and align BD strategies across regions.
   
2. Marketing and Communications:Assist in the creation, design, and distribution of marketing materials (brochures, case studies, newsletters, etc.).
   Coordinate digital marketing efforts, including website updates, social media, and email campaigns.
   Monitor and report on marketing campaigns and client outreach efforts.
   Support the organization of events, webinars, and client engagement activities, ensuring smooth execution.
   Help manage and update client databases and marketing systems, ensuring data is accurate and up-to-date.
   
3. Market Research and Competitive Analysis:Conduct market research to understand current legal industry trends, client needs, and competitor offerings.
   Analyze industry data and competitor activities to support the development of effective business development strategies.
   Prepare reports on market developments, new legal opportunities, and client feedback.
   
4. Internal Coordination and Administration:Maintain accurate records of business development activities, client interactions, and marketing campaign performance.
   Assist with administrative tasks including scheduling meetings, coordinating events, and preparing materials.
   Ensure all BD&M documentation and reports are consistent with firm standards and branding guidelines.
   Liaise with internal teams (e.g., finance, HR, IT) to support cross-functional initiatives.
   

The Successful Applicant

• About 2 years of experience in Legal or Services in a business support function
• Ability to draft pitches and support multiple stakeholders in their business activities
• Previous experience in a legal firm is a plus
