On behalf of one of its clients in the education field, the French Chamber of Commerce in Singapore is recruiting a Strategic Development & Corporate Partnerships Executive

The Strategic Corporate Development & Partnerships Executive plays a key role in driving student enrolment growth and securing strategic corporate sponsorships. The primary mission is to attract and engage prospective families while building strong, mutually beneficial partnerships with corporations and community organisations. This role supports the school’s goal of maintaining its position as a premium international school and ensuring financial sustainability through increased student registrations and diversified revenue streams.

RESPONSIBILITIES

A. Student Enrolment & Family Engagement

• Proactively identify, engage, and nurture relationships with prospective families to increase student enrolment.
• Support the planning and organisation of admissions events, including school tours, open days, and information sessions.
• Work closely with the Admissions team to ensure a seamless and personalised experience for potential families.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust engagement strategies and outreach efforts.
• Maintain an updated database of prospective families, ensuring timely communication and follow-ups.

B. Corporate Sponsorships & Partnerships

• Research and identify potential corporate partners and sponsors aligned with the school’s mission and values.
• Support negotiations and secure and manage sponsorship agreements and Corporate Membership Partnerships to enhance the school’s programs, events, facilities and Governance.
• Develop long-term relationships with sponsors and Corporate Membership Partners and ensure that all sponsorship obligations are met.
• Collaborate with internal teams to integrate sponsorships and benefits from the Corporate Membership Partnership programme into school events, initiatives, and marketing efforts.

C. Marketing & Community Engagement

• Assist in developing marketing campaigns aimed at prospective families and corporate partners.
• Represent the school at external events, networking opportunities, and industry conferences to enhance the school’s visibility and reputation.
• Support the Communications team in developing content and materials for promotional campaigns, media outreach, and digital platforms.

D. Data Analysis & Reporting

• Track and report on key performance metrics related to student enrolment, family engagement, and partnership outcomes.
• Provide regular updates to senior leadership on progress toward enrolment and sponsorship targets.

In this role, you will engage with modern trade retailers in FMCG and Tech & Durables sectors, managing relationships with key stakeholders. You will also support a retailer servicing team to maintain data cooperation and service a portfolio of modern trade retailer clients. Responsibilities:

Business Development

• Identify areas of business opportunity and growth for the business unit
• Maintain and further foster relationships with current/ future clients at all levels and functions to identify opportunities for incremental product/ solution sales

Financial Management

Client Servicing

• Be part of the retailer servicing team with the primary responsibility of expanding our scope of influence with clients across a wider range of products and with greater depth of involvement

Client & Peer Management

• Contribute and support a strong team environment focused on exceeding internal and external client requirements
• Support & engage both Accounts Development and Customer success team members and be the voice of the client to provide feedback in order to drive the overall client success

Responsibilities:

• Ensures that the system in its totality (hardware, controls, sequence of operation) are fit-for-purpose and aligned with the business needs

• Support/Lead for the timing and strategy of process improvements and change controls

• Lead Quality Event (Deviation) process for Process Engineering and ensure timely creation, analysis and closure of events.

• Lead Change Control for Process Engineering and ensure timely creation, implementation and closure

• Responsible for Functional Specification Management.

• Provide support for weekly Plant Change Management meeting.

• Participate as Process Engineering representative on cross functional support team meetings.

• Primary liaison for engineering for RCAs and investigations (pulls in Process System & automation engineering as appropriate)

• Responsible for process safety assessments and hazard identification.

• Primary liaison for engineering for process FMEAs. Defines equipment operating ranges and ensures is aligned with process / product need

• Liaise with global engineering function to provide feedback on proposed and existing engineering standards and implement these as appropriate within the facility

• Target Delivery of results right first time

• Trouble shoots and resolves technical equipment problems and takes corrective action

• Timely closure of EHS and Quality event investigation and corrective & preventive action tasks.

• Lead CAPEX Project for Process Engineering and ensure timely implementation and closure

• Provide support for project teams for any new projects, makes recommendations based on experience

• Provide support for the evaluation and assist in the implementation of new technology for process execution and/or analysis

• Completes all required documentation for proper traceability complying with Takeda requirements

• Provide training to the end user on relevant technical aspects of installed plant assets

Requirements:

• Minimum Degree in Chemical/Bio/Process/Mechanical engineering discipline

• Minimum 4 years of process engineering experience in Biologics, Pharmaceuticals and/or similar manufacturing industries

• Experience in bio-processing engineering in a manufacturing environment is highly desirable

• Knowledge of unit operations associated with cell culture and downstream processing including: media and buffer preparation, bioreactors, depth filtration, sterile filtration, single-use technologies and chromatography skids & columns

• Experience in the design and operation of biopharmaceutical manufacturing equipment and facilities.

• Detailed knowledge of ASME Bioprocessing Equipment (BPE) guidelines

• Experience in a GMP environment is preferred

• Management experience within a multi-disciplinary team is an added advantage
