• Defines and develops standard laboratories and processes for specific applications.
• Makes recommendations for technical improvements, as needed.

• Build revenue pipeline by setting introductory meetings with target influencers and key decision makers
• Conduct proactive research on accounts using Google, LinkedIn, Lusha and other tools you will be provided.

What will you do?

What are we looking for?

• Minimum 4 years experience in conventional test
• Minimum 2-3 years experience in automation testing scripting for web-portals and mobile applications
• Experience working in Agile Scrum projects
• Experience in developing automation testing scripts i.e. mobile (Appium) and web (Selenium)
• Experience in Behaviour-Driven Development (BDD) Test
• Knowledge of Robot Framework (using Python language) will be advantageous
• Knowledge of Secure Hybrid Integration Pipeline (HATS) and Hive Agile Testing Solutions (SHIP) will be advantageous
• Knowledge in software version control systems, code review workflows and CICD will be advantageous
• Certifications such as Certified Software Testing Professional, Certified Software Quality Analyst and/or CREST certification will be advantageous

The Role:

As a Network Engineer, you will be responsible for the following:

1. Responsible for managing network-related incidents and changes, ensuring smooth and uninterrupted network operations.
2. Responsible for the commission, de-commissioning, and tech refresh of network devices
3. Facilitate problem solving and collaboration among team members to ensure optimal network performance
4. Proactively manage the smooth delivery of network operations in accordance with stipulated Service Level Agreements, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum customer satisfaction
5. Provide timely firmware updates for network devices, keeping them up-to-date with the latest security patches and enhancements
6. Ensure network infrastructure complies with rigorous security policies and industry best practices, safeguarding the confidentiality and integrity of data
7. Prepare and maintain detailed assets inventory to ensure accurate tracking, availability, and timely updates of capacity reports
8. Regularly update process and procedural documents, ensuring they reflect the most current and effective practices

1. Bachelor Degree or Diploma in Information Technology/Information Systems/Computer Science, Business IT or its equivalent

2. At least 5 years of experience in administration and implementation

3. Good knowledge of the following, but not limited to:

• Firewall technologies (high availability, virtual firewall concept)
• IP load balancer
• Distribution and core switches
• Router configuration (high availability) o LAN and WAN administration

4. Good understanding of a services business in a high-tech environment from a supplier, integrator or operator’s perspective

5. Strong analytical and problem solving skills, combined with ability to provide quick resolution to problems
