Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

• Work on in-house system development projects for container flow management
• Take responsibility and act as person-in-charge for specific regions and act as a bridge, connecting between Digital Solutions Unit, Container Flow Management and regional/front offices
• Act as the OASIS person-in-charge for specific regions, overseeing the achievement ratio and performing root cause analysis
• Take responsibility as the main EPCAS person-in-charge for system run and release of the results globally
• Review repositioning costs applied to shipments at a holistic level and act as EPCAS person-in-charge for specific regions
• Promote digital transformation globally with regional/front offices
• Provide data analytical support and BI requirements in Looker to the department
• Handle any ad-hoc tasks as assigned

Requirements

• Bachelor's or above in Data Analytics
• Minimum 2 years of experience in the container shipping industry and strong knowledge of shipping/logistics
• Proficiency in BI tools (Looker and Tableau preferred) to present insightful messages with follow-up actions
• Ability to review complex information, perform comparative analysis, and make recommendations based on findings
• Highly self-motivated and capable of working independently and as part of a team

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Manager, Business Development, to join our Care Experience team in Singapore, reporting to the Head of Care Experience.

In this role, you will play a crucial role in driving the adoption of Doctor Anywhere’s innovative Shield technology and professional assessment solutions among insurance providers offering Integrated Shield Plans (IPs). You will be responsible for managing the full sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closing, building strong relationships with key decision-makers within insurance companies, and positioning Doctor Anywhere as the partner of choice for enhancing their IP offerings. You will also be the account manager for newly acquired clients, liaising with the operations teams to ensure seamless onboarding and manage ad-hoc client queries.

A summary of the key responsibilities are as follows:

● New Business Development: Identify and cultivate relationships with potential insurance clients who can benefit from Doctor Anywhere's Shield Solutions

● Sales: Conduct compelling presentations and demonstrations to showcase the value proposition of Doctor Anywhere’s Shield Solutions

● Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to understand competitive offerings, identify industry trends, and anticipate client needs

● Account Management: Managing acquired clients to ensure successful onboarding, payments / collections, and ongoing client satisfaction

About you

● Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field

● 6-8 years of proven experience in a business development or sales role within the healthcare or insurance industries, with a strong preference for candidates with knowledge of the Integrated Shield Plan landscape in Singapore

● Demonstrated success in selling technology solutions or services to insurance companies

● A strong understanding of the healthcare ecosystem, claims processes, and the evolving needs of insurers in the digital age

​Who You Are …Experienced. Relevant experience in sales and/or outbound lead qualification (including outbound prospecting). Ability to multi-task, prioritise, and manage time effectively.
Domain. Experience with outbound lead qualification at all levels within organizations – managers, directors, VPs, executives.

Effective Communicator. Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia to converse with clients in Singapore and Indonesia market.
