About the Role
We are searching for creative, design-focused & business-savvy individuals to thrive alongside a team of Hustlers in a fast-paced environment. You'll craft compelling proposals, drive new business, and contribute to executing innovative ideas.
New Business Development
Lead Generation & Prospecting: Proactively identify and reach out to potential clients through outbound calls, emails, and networking. Research organizations and individuals to find new opportunities within target markets.
Qualify Leads:
Assess the viability of leads and prospects, ensuring they align with the company’s offerings and strategic goals. Prioritize leads based on potential revenue and fit with business objectives.Build Relationships:
Develop and nurture relationships with key decision-makers at target companies, establishing trust and credibility to facilitate the sales process.Develop Outreach Strategies:
Design and implement targeted outreach campaigns, using various channels (email, social media, phone) to engage potential clients and generate interest in our services.
Market & Competitor Analysis:
Research industry trends, competitor activities, and market shifts to identify new business opportunities and gaps in the market.
Collaborate on Proposals:
Work closely with internal teams to craft compelling business proposals and presentations tailored to the specific needs of new prospects.
Track & Report Performance:
Maintain an organized pipeline, track outreach efforts, and report progress on lead generation, opportunities, and conversions. Provide feedback on successful tactics and areas for improvement.
Explore Partnerships & Growth Avenues:
Identify potential partnership opportunities that could expand market reach, enhance product offerings, or open up new revenue streams.
Preferred Attributes:
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in a similar agency or fast-paced environment.
- Organisational Skills: Exceptional ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining strong attention to detail.
- Communication & Negotiation: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with proven experience in negotiating and pitching new business opportunities.
- Revenue-Generation Focus: Demonstrated success in increasing revenue through lead generation and the execution of business development strategies.
