Responsibilities
We are looking for researchers who can bring their talents to contribute to the evaluation and accreditation of digital literacy educational programs. This exciting project will involve partnership work with large scale international organisations such as the international telecommunications union (ITU), IEEE, the G20 Civil Society, and others.
As a Research & Development Analyst, you will bring enthusiasm, energy, and passion to your work on issues at the forefront of education and technology. Our team values problem-solving, analytical and statistical skills. Our ideal candidates are smart, creative, analytical thinkers with meticulous attention to detail.
The researcher will take the lead on a scheme where DQ Lab evaluates and accredits the educational content of partners and clients. You will manage relationships with international partners including governments, NGOs, schools, universities, and private companies. Moreover, you will study their educational materials, evaluate their alignment with DQ Global Standards and produce on-/off-line reports and presentations while working alongside our partner organisations.
You will be part of an international team working closely with colleagues from data science and IT development. In addition, you will work closely with partners and advisors who work at the cutting edge in the fields of psychology, public policy and education research. You will engage with partners from globally renowned NGOs and social enterprises as well as figures from various governments.
Important Requirements
● Highly knowledgeable in psychology, education or political science
● Have a keen interest in education, technology and future readiness
● Have a bachelor’s or master’s degree in psychology, education or another relevant field
● Should be independent and able to work as part of a small team
● Curious, creative and willing to learn
Desired Background
● Education: Hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree in psychometrics, psychology, education, political science, global studies or a related field.
● Experience: Relevant professional experience with research or technology companies is desirable.
