• Develop pipeline for future portfolio managers by demonstrating expert knowledge on direct sourcing strategies and establishing relationships with recruiters.
• Assist with other hiring needs.
• Create reports for senior management on portfolio manager recruiting

What You’ll Bring:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher
• Proven and identifiable track-record in searching for and placing highly successful quantitative portfolio managers.
• Background in finance, ideally buy-side experience, in a similar recruitment or new business development role.
• Experience managing their own quantitative investment portfolio would be a plus
