Job Description

The Manager, Learning and Organisation Development is responsible for developing learning and development plans based on the assessment of development areas for the workforce to meet business requirements. They liaise with stakeholders to communicate and implement organisation development and change interventions to ensure that the organisation's strategy and plans are delivered effectively and efficiently.
