Key Responsibilities

▪ Work closely with Associate Director (Development) to strategically elevate donor engagement and boost financial support.

▪ Proactively identify and cultivate relationships with potential donors, ensuring a continuous flow of new opportunities for giving.

▪ Drive fundraising success by leading select initiatives, securing major gifts and nurturing relationships with high value donors.

▪ Conduct in-depth donor research and develop a robust fundraising pipeline, positioning IPS for long-term growth and success.

▪ Lead a thorough evaluation of existing donors and prospects, developing strategies to expand the IPS donor base and enhance visibility, impact and resources.

▪ Oversee and ensure timely and meaningful donor stewardship, including crafting personalised thank you notes, stewardship reports and recognition opportunities.

▪ Managing comprehensive donor communications, including tailored stewardship repots, to ensure that donors are informed and appreciated, especially those contributing endowed funds or specific purpose gifts.

▪ Plan and execute memorable donor events such as recognition receptions, luncheons, dinners and dedication ceremonies, coordinating logistics like invitations, speakers, catering, and guest lists to create exceptional donor experiences.

▪ Maintain and update donor and prospect records, ensuring accurate tracking in the database for efficient and effective donor engagement.

Experience and knowledge

Essential

▪ At least a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline.

▪ Fundraising experience in a non-profit organisation or education institute.

▪ Proven track record of raising major and principal level gifts from a variety of income sources.

▪ Demonstrable experience in project management, managing a range of concurrent priorities and agendas.

Job Scope

• Interpret technical information (documents, drawings, and data) and analyse the manufacturing process elements.
• Create Bill of Materials structure.
• Create manufacturing Work Instructions and other process documents in collaboration with the Program Management, Production and Quality Assurance Teams.

Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES

This role will be responsible for our Product Application Lab for Semiconductor applications. Working closely with the Sales team and global technical resources, the selected candidate will support the development and growth of Semiconductor industry products in the region, focused on Southeast Asia. The initial focus will be on Strip, Etch, and Clean (SEC) solutions, but will also grow to include the Elevate® line of electroplating products. Specifically, the duties will include:

• Having a deep understanding of Technic products for the Semiconductor industry,
• Keeping abreast of industry developments and market position/performance of comparable competitive products.
• Working with Sales team to select appropriate customer and application targets
• Visiting customers across the territory to understand their equipment, process, and product performance requirements.
• Starting-up and operating the Technic Wafer Processing and Failure Analysis lab
• Conducting product functional performance testing & measurements either on-site or coordinating with other Regions to generate test results remotely.
• Advising on laboratory upgrades needed to better serve customers
• Liaising with customers during qualification tests and providing trouble-shooting advice after installation
• Recommending the best product for the application based on product experience and/or laboratory trials
• Hiring and supervising at least one technician to maintain the lab and support customer trials
• Developing specifications and facility recommendations for local manufacturing of SEC products, either at Technic or third-party facilities
• Advise on hiring and lead training of operators for local manufacturing
• Set operating procedures, quality targets and release specifications for any eventual locally made semiconductor products
• Developing external collaborations with co-suppliers, Universities, or Government Research Institutes to strengthen our offering, improve our market visibility, or secure funding to advance our product offerings.

Requirement

• The role may require regular travel to Malaysia, Vietnam, Philippines, and Thailand (1-2 times per month) & less frequent travel to France and the US (1-2 times per year)
