1. The Business Development Manager (TH, MY, ID) is responsible for closely monitoring market trends and competitors' dynamics, promptly adjusting business strategies to adapt to changes, and developing innovative marketing plans to expand the company's influence and market share.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Revenue and Strategy Management: Oversee the revenue generation for the assigned division and region by formulating and executing business development plans and division strategies. This includes pricing and discounting responsibilities and ensuring compliance with regulatory, international, and company EHS requirements.
