   Participate in joint projects and initiatives to support company objectives in both regions.
   
5. Market Expansion & Partnerships:Identify and pursue new business partnerships and collaborations that align with company goals and regional market opportunities.

6. Reporting & Market Intelligence:Provide regular updates and reports on business development activities, sales pipelines, and market trends in China and Singapore.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).

Job Description

• Formulate sales strategies and conduct sales activities including preparation of proposals for JGCAP covering Singapore and its neighboring markets in APAC region. You will be part of the KidSTART Capability Development Branch, tasked to oversee and coordinate capability building strategies in the sector. The Branch ensures the delivery of specialised training programmes for KidSTART practitioners (KSPs) and volunteers. This involves identifying, conceptualising, developing and supporting training across the early childhood development, social support and health domains.
