Job description:

• Assist the Tower Supervisor in preparing for FCE readiness activities, including user acceptance testing, beta testing, and validation of work, while collaborating closely with the Accenture India team.
• Conduct month-end account reviews, including control account checks and adjustments of journal entries to ensure accurate clearing.
• Track the progress of the financial close process and review the BPO Journal Entry Dashboard to monitor task completion for assigned entities.
• Analyze the Overdue Items Report, follow up with the BPO team, and escalate overdue items when necessary.
• Facilitate pre- and post-close discussions with tower leads to review monthly and quarterly finance activities.
• Review and support journal entries and reconciliation processes.
• Generate BlackLine reports to assess account aging and value, conduct research, and collaborate with the BPO owner to address issues. Develop action plans to resolve R-items exceeding 60 days or $100K.
• Produce GL reports, perform trend analyses, and execute variance analyses.
• Compile and prepare the Tower Close Package, which includes variance analysis with commentary, a risk and issues log, and a balance sheet aging report (R-items).
• Monitor BPO performance against SLA requirements, escalating discrepancies and implementing corrective action plans (CAPs) with the BPO Management Tower Leads.
• Serve as a liaison between UPS stakeholders and the BPO team to address information requests and resolve queries effectively.

• Align, execute and embed global Services strategy and framework in local Operating Companies
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, including priority sectors and emerging markets
