The Market Development Manager, Diagnostics Insights is responsible for being the RIS Go-To-Market point contact for an assigned product/product category of Digital Health Solutions in Roche Information Solutions portfolio. The position is responsible for ensuring the commercial go-to-market success of that solution through the Product Lifecycle Framework.

For products that the Market Development Manager is not the ‘RIS Go-To-Market point contact’, they are responsible for supporting other Market Development Managers in identifying and driving pilots in their assigned country/market. This role is responsible for maintaining and continuously improving the quality system and achieving quality objectives through daily actions.

The Opportunity

• Responsible for the development and implementation of the commercial Go-To-Market strategy across the Product Lifecycle Framework for a product/solution set
• Serve as the primary point of contact for global go-to-market strategy in product squad(s) to which they are assigned
• Leading pilot activities in their country/market for other Market Development Managers and pilot products
• Understand and identify new market opportunities - and develop strategies how to experiment moving the opportunity further
• Develop commercialization plans, the associated model and Go-To-Market strategy in collaboration with the assigned affiliates/region
• Gather and communicate customer feedback across the globe and assist with the prioritization within product roadmaps
• Ability to think openly and experiment to find the best market fit for solutions as well Liaise with the Global Business Development / Partnering team as appropriate
• Generate and consolidate the relevant market information

Who you are

• Bachelor in IT, Business, Science, Healthcare or a relevant discipline with a minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial launches also of cloud-based healthcare software solutions. Master is a plus
• You should have track record in driving commercial strategy and sales for the software industry supplying into healthcare.

Your Responsibility

(A) Lead Management (60%)

• Researching organizations and industry players to identify new leads and potential new markets
• Identifying the needs of other companies and their key stakeholders/decision makers
• Contacting potential clients via email & cold calls with customized value offerings to establish rapport and set up meetings
• Attending conferences, meetings, and Industry events
• Horizontal Sales outreach to new contacts from existing clients & building relationship with VIP clients

(B) Opportunity Management & Conversion (30%)

• Meeting potential clients with exciting proposals & industry updates
• Contacting clients to inform them about new developments in the company’s products
• Preparing quotations & negotiating effectively as well as developing & delivering account management schedules
• Supporting customers with delivery information
• Establishing long term support contracts through umbrella agreements for all services

(C) Service & Delivery (10%)

• Focus on delivering Excellent Customer Service through effective Feedback management and Value-added Services
• Reach out & develop relationships with industry partners, stakeholders; bring about Globibo’s brand image & presence to the industry in Hong Kong
• Play a pivotal role in leading business development & sales for a relatively new market
• Penetrate new organizations, convince & develop relationships with entirely new contacts & potential clients
• Work on varying & dynamic opportunities & projects
• Experience the entire end to end sales cycle from idea conception to execution, implementation
• Collaborate with our technical & subject experts across services, work in tandem with a supportive operations team

Potential Profile

1. Bachelor Degree or above in Marketing/ Business Management, or a related field

2. 3-5 years of experience in corporate sales (B2B), sales support and knowledge of end-to-end sales cycle

3. Great communication skills, Fluent English required (speaking) to communicate with regional clients

4. Ability to identify and address the specific needs of each individual customer

5. Highly motivated & Independent Individual with an eye for detail & analytical skills

6. Prior experience with preparing complex quotations & contracts

7. Result- orientation; high focus on driving (business) results and KPIs

• Attend the Toolbox Meeting to explain daily tasks and coordinate work for Shimizu workers and subcontractors.
• Create a comprehensive schedule for the construction area.
• Prepare Method Statements and obtain necessary approvals from consultants.

• Network engineers shall support System Administrators in day to days operations, such as Data Center & network system health checks, network configuration & firmware upgrades, patch record management and serve as Point of Contact for visitor to IT Room.
• Monitor DC temperature and energy consumption of all facility infrastructure components such as power distribution units and computer room air conditioners unit using Data Centre Infrastructure Management tools in place.

MR portfolio

• Perform corrective maintenance, supported when necessary by tier-2 support helpdesk
