Responsibilities we entrust you with:

• Drive GTV, revenue and market penetration through merchants, partnerships and channels (BFSI, Corporates, Platforms etc).

• Use the Issuing platform for offering innovative payment and non-payment solutions to large and mid-sized corporates to capture large GTV flows.
• Identify potential use cases to solve “problem statements” of control, visibility, reconciliation etc to enhance market share and revenue.
• Work with program management and tech teams to prioritise features that are required for large opportunity capture.
• Self-manage and deepen strategically important partnerships & relationships.
• Work closely with program management team for timely implementation, escalation management and issue resolution to ensure a great customer experience.
• Track, report and take required actions to achieve the required sales metrices (dashboards).
• Build and maintain an effective relationship with internal & external stakeholders.
